The 3: Ana, Arthur, and the girl they brought along, all find themselves now standing outside the ascendant rankers home.
"So this is his place huh."
"Wooooah. It's as big as that man said it was gonna be."
Flashback
The 3 then began walking
"WAIT!"
If I get told to wait one more fu-
"Do you even know where to find him?"
Eeek
"Well uh…"
"Go on Arthur, say it" Ana whispered to Arthur as she smirked, playfully antogonizing him.
"It's embarrassing…" Arthur muttered back
"What's this! The perfect leader Arthur has slipped up!" Ana said still playfully antogonizing him
"That's not-!"
*Tsk*
"Whatever. No…we don't know where we're going." Arthur admitted in an embarrassed tone as he averted his gaze almost like he was too ashamed to be seen making such a slip up.
"No worries. If you walk about 100 meters straight and then take a left and keep going, you'll eventually see a big mansion. That's where he lives. Good luck, you'll 100% need it."
"Huh…"
"See, now was that so hard."
"Shut it!"
Ana then giggled at Arthur's flustered embarrassment.
"Whatever. Let's just go."
Present
"Don't remind me of the moment." Arthur said still embarrassed of it
"I think you're making a big deal over nothing. It was such a small mistake."
"You two are odd y'all know that?"
Ana and Arthur looked at the girl in confusion
"How so?"
"Well, most people would've given up after hearing that this guy's an ascendant almost hero class ranker. And here you two are just casually cracking jokes and playing around like it's no big deal."
"Are they that strong?"
"Of course they are! Hero rankers are said to be strong enough to beat the demon king with just 5 of them!"
"Sounds like the demon king is the one who's strong."
"Let me put it into perspective for you. It took all 7 nations of the world to beat the last demon king. That would make just one hero ranker stronger than an entire nation."
"Sounds fun!"
The girl then looked at Ana
"You need better choice in men. This guy is crazy."
"He's perfect what do you mean?"
"So you're both crazy"
"Enough talking, let's go, I wanna fight this guy."

The 3 walked up to the front door of the mansion. Arthur knocked but nothing happened. He was about to knock again when suddenly the door opened. However, behind the door stood no one?
"Arthur! You can't just open the door of someone's home without permission!"
"It wasn't me!"
The 3 stood there not knowing what to do.

"So…should we…go in?"
"I guess?"
"You go first Arthur."
"WHY ME?!"
"Cause you're the man here duh. Plus this was your idea."
"Bu-"
*Tsk*
"Fine whatever…follow me."
The 3 entered the mansion with Arthur leading the way. Upon entrance, the door slammed shut behind them.
"Well…no going back I guess."
"You do realize we could just open it and leave right."
"Stop ruining my fantasy Arthur!"
"And exactly how did I ruin your fantasy."
"Think about it, the three brave heroes dared to trespass into the dark scary lair of the boss. As they entered, the door slammed shut behind them, causing them to have no choice but to continue foward!"
"Let up on the comics will you." Arthur said as he casted her a look, as if he was looking at a moronic person.
"I will not!" Ana said, proudly proclaiming that she has been reading to much comics

"Whatever, but if your gonna do that, atleast make the story sound good."
"What do you mean? It does sound good..." Ana said with a sad expression on her face
"I don't know, I feel like it should go more like, the three brave heroes ventured into the ominous lair of the boss. As they crossed the threshold, the door slammed shut behind them, leaving them with no choice but to press forward."
"That's basically the same thing I said!"
"No it's not! You used the word "scary", who does that!"
"I hate to break up you two's little love quirl, but can we continue forward…"
Ana and Arthur refocused themselves back to the task at hand.
The 3 began walking once again. The mansion was huge on the inside too, and it was really dark.
"What did I tell you about touching me!"
"I'm scared ok. Plus this guy is really strong. And it's cold in here."
"If your gonna complain so much why even come along with us."
"Fate of course!"
Arthur and Ana stopped and stood in confusion
"What do mean?"
"Well, this is our second time meeting each other. That means this must be fate trying to bring us together!"
Ana and Arthur now stood there, even more puzzled than before.
"I thought that alley way was y'all's first time meeting?"
I thought it was too
Ana gasped, suddenly realizing what was going on here
"Don't tell me…"
Arthur and the girl were startled by Ana's sudden gasp, but were intrigued by what she was about to say.
Tension began to rise as the two waited for what Ana was gonna say.
"Arthur…"
The two leaned in, now captivated
"I can't believe you're already cheating on me!"
The two's faces dropped
She's not serious.
Arthur once again gazed upon Ana as if she were even more foolish than before. He then looked at the girl, ignoring Ana's crazy fantasies.
"So what do you mean this was our second meeting."
"I'm the girl that helped y'all find which line to go to for citizen sign up."
"Huh?!"
Arthur leaned in close to the girl and squinted as he tried to see the same girl in the one he was currently looking at.
"You sure?"
"Well, I was wearing a hat before, so that could be why you don't recognize me."
Arthur then back up
"I guess that makes sense."
Ana then came over
"So what's your name!"
"Serena."
Where have I heard that name?
"A lovely name!"
Ana then stuck out her hand
"Welcome to the team Serena!"
Serena was caught off guard by the sudden friendly invitation, but also showed signs of somewhat gratitude.
Even after showing signs that she was happy to be invited, she still didn't take Ana's hand. Ana stood confused on why she was so hesitant.
"What's wrong?"

"Thanks Ana…but I have no need for weaklings."
A sinister smile formed over Serena
Arthur's eyes widened as he recognized where he heard that name.
"AAAANNAAAA!!!"
Ana turned to Arthur to see why he was shouting when suddenly…
"Bye bye now."
