Chapter 15 - Visions

As the massive fists shot out, they carried with them strong gales that would invoke the feeling in anyone that they possessed the power to uproot towering, massive trees, and as well hurl off large rocks to a far distance.

BOOM!!

BANG!!

BOOM!!!

...

The fists smashed into the Skorrpaetiger King one after the other with tremendous force. And the impacts were so strong that each of them caused the massive underground cavern they were in to tremble really hard. The intensity of the shaking was so strong that everyone, including Hilgamech, felt that the cavern was about to collapse as rubbles upon them.

Then due to the annihilating, devastating attacks that the Beast King received in quick successions, there were exceedingly violent releases of air that struck the ground like they were composed of thousands of unseen large swords, inflicting great ruin upon it—the vehemently discharged, tremendously fierce gales simply shredded the massive cavern's floor at the point that they were released, causing thick clouds of dust to explosively erupt into the air and fully saturate the entire immense cavern.

As the situation gradually settled, no one could see or make out the menacing, towering outline of the Beast King or hear its loud, furious growls.

When the large cloud of dust that excessively permeated the air some moment later cleared off—by intervention of Hilgamech's air control power which summoned winds, they could see numerous pieces of the Beast King's body scattered everywhere on the massive ruined ground of the large cavern.

They could identify it because the color of its purple flesh was many times darker than the other bits of flesh littering the ground which were light purple in hue.

So, this signified that Hilgamech had just killed a Beast King, one that was in a higher cultivation realm—a step higher than theirs.

Looking at him as he floated in the air within the wind sphere that rapidly revolved around him, making him seem like a young War God of Menacing Air Currents and Massively Ruining Winds, the respect in the eyes of the Myriad Horizon Academy students increased by many levels.

As for Nalgorria, she had developed more respect and adoration for Hilgamech. She was a genius, but Hilgamech was definitely in another realm way higher than hers.

Then her initial thought of being able to face Hilgamech in a battle began to waver, foundationally because she didn't know what other overbearing and tremendously overpowering sets of moves or skills that Hilgamech might possess, which he hadn't used or revealed.

Still gazing at him as his confident eyes shone with brilliant cyan light, and effortlessly floated within the large column of air that spun at a tremendously high velocity around him, she couldn't help but marvel at his form, as well as wish she could develop his amazing battle prowess, which was one of the really marveling attributes of his that caused her to admire him. He seemed really strong, tough, and powerful.

Besides, he wasn't as proud as her who was aloof like all were ants that could be simply stepped upon. He, who was supposed to be more prideful and lordly, essentially because of his already-established, unsurpassable formidable capabilities, was far more friendlier and accommodating than her.

Thinking in this direction, simply made her take a hit, forcing her to re-evaluate her prideful character. But she couldn't be blamed for this, since she came from a family that could be said to be one of the top ten strongest family in the city.

Not long, she could suddenly feel that Hilgamech would become a terrifying, amazing expert in the future, one that would shake large clusters of massive worlds with only a really tiny sliver of his fathomless power. Just as he looked glorious now, he would definitely become a million times more, floating in the pitch-black void and looking both dreadfully and majestically imposing, alluringly stunning and at the same time, casting unfathomably great fear in the hearts of many—gods and mortals alike.

"Hilgamech, you are just too awesome. You seem like someone that doesn't need a cultivation academy." Varthan confessed and laughed.

Hilgamech had just helped them remove that formidably strong obstacle that they knew would be both tremendously and unimaginatively difficult to surmount.

Assuming they all tried to engage it in a battle, they were sure to sustain lots of injuries, or perhaps leave some of their body parts behind in their serious efforts to escape from its insane, gruesome onslaught.

Hilgamech only smiled after hearing that.

Varthan then spoke further, "We'll wait for you to recover your energy."

"Alright. Thank you for your consideration." Hilgamech said with an appreciative tone. Then he immediately sat on the ground in the cross-legged position and closed his eyes.

Others did the same too, trying to either rest or relax.

Since he didn't have a pill that contained AeroFlux energy, he could only absorb in small quantities at a steady rate from the essence of the air that abounded in the atmosphere around him.

A second later, wind gathered around him and began to softly swirl. They lacked the violence and destructive property as the one that would be generated using the immensely boosting Wind Elixir technique.

After many minutes of gradually absorbing energy, his vision suddenly changed.

In this vision, he saw a young woman and a young lady beside her. The two were like fairies that only existed in one's imagination. This was because they looked too beautiful and too perfect to be true.

The slightly older woman had long, dark black hair that reached her waist, an oval face that had clear, intense azure eyes that sparkled like gems, and nose and bright pink lips that were structured in a way that they accentuated her exceedingly alluring facial beauty.

She had a beautiful white skin that was free of spots and blemishes. It glowed and made her look like a peerless celestial goddess that had descended from the highest, most beautiful heavens where she ruled as their most charming divine queen. Just looking at her gave the feeling that she was an absolutely-rare-tier, universal-class superlative beauty that possibly appeared only once in every ten billion epochs.

She had a perfect figure that made her look like a flawless, exceptionally-sculpted clay statue that had suddenly gained life. And from the way she moved, the palpable auras of nobility and gracefulness could be easily perceived from them.

She wore an immaculate white gown that had beautiful patterns of gold embroidered on it. As for her neck, it was adorned by a bright golden necklace that hung down and radiated beauty. Just from this, one could effortlessly infer that she loved gold.

As for the young lady by her side who was another apex of beauty, though she paled greatly in comparison to the extremely beguiling older woman by her side, it was however certain that no other beauty would be able to rival her.

She had long scarlet hair that looked like silk, an oval face that had clear crimson eyes that glittered beautifully in it, bright pink and full lips that were really attractive and appealing, then a glowing, flawless white skin that would endlessly captivate people, including gods themselves.

An imposing aura of great aloofness emitted from her, which could be easily noticed in the way she carried herself.

She wore a gorgeous bright red gown that had fiery patterns embroidered in it.

Hilgamech, who was suddenly presented with this vision, was totally blown away by the charm, splendidness, and majestic auras that unceasingly exuded from the figures of the exceedingly great beauties.

But, one thing that made a massive tremor run through Hilgamech's mind and body, was that he looked exactly like the woman wearing an immaculate white gown. He was like the child, male version of her. Assuming he was a female, then she would look exactly like the woman in his vision. But he was a male with impressive masculine traits and dominant aura.

On seeing this woman who he exactly looked like—as if he were a direct, child-version copy, his heart intensely trembled, up to the point of muttering within himself in a questioning manner, 'Mother?'
