The royal wedding procession ,slowly made it's way through the decorated streets of the city ,towards the palace , the people lined the streets from the city gate to the palace entrance,all cheered seeing the King and their future Queen, as they passed by in their ornate carriages .
The royal wedding procession entered the palace gates, and crossed the parade grounds .
As the King got out of his carriage, the full moon shone down, illuminating him in the soft silvery glow of moon light, the Dark city was inside of the mountains, and the sky and moon was a reflection of the real sky and moon .
Powerful magic worked to bring the real sky, moonlight and sunlight ,inside the mountains ,it was not an illusion and all in the Dark city ,could feel the power from the full moon .
Vampires and Dark Elves, just like Werewolves, received a increase in their power, and all their senses were heightened, under the influence of a full moon.
Zack felt full of energy and power , and excitement he was about to marry Louise, and he could not be happier.
Zack stepped out off the carriage , and as soon as he stepped into the moonlight ,he could feel the power increase in his body, and he felt that he could connect with his magic more easily, all of Zack's senses had instantly become heightened.
Zack felt like he could do anything, he felt so strong and full of vitality, he smiled at the people that were inside the large parade grounds of the palace, all cheered at the sight of the King ,he looked like the very definition of male beauty, he was beyond handsome ,vampires were naturally beautiful and alluring, but Zack's beauty was on another level.
The closer Zack got to the level of power, that he had before he became a human, the more beautiful Zack would become, and because of the effect of the full moon, his powers were boosted ,all who were in the palace grounds, could feel a sense of power and pressure, that radiated from the kings aura .
Zack was dressed in a black suit, that was very similar in style ,to that of the three piece morning suit of the Edwardian age on earth , he had black shoes and black trousers, and black dress coat, and a white shirt,his waste coat was black and sliver, with blood red buttons, his tie was also blood red ,he wore a top hat on his head and white gloves, he carried a black and gold cane ,with a gold handle in the shape of a dragon ,a blood red ruby was in the mouth of a dragon .
Zack stood before the people and in a gentle voice, that could be heard by all, not just those in the palace grounds, the entire city could hear the voice of the king .
"Tonight I will marry the Baroness Louise Elizabeth Black, and you my beloved people, will have a Queen .
Tonight is a night of happiness and celebration , tonight let us all enjoy this happy time together " said Zack
Zack entered the palace, accompanied by Ninx and Dain, who were both dressed in their matching suits and top hats ,white gloves and white shirts , blood red waist coats , and black and silver ties .
Ninx and Dain, both carried a black and silver Cain ,with a silver dragon handle ,with a blue sapphire in its mouth.
The Dragon was the crest of the king and the Dark legion .
Atop the palace walls flags were blowing in the gentle breeze ,the flags had the king's crest ,a black background with a golden dragon with a blood red ruby in its mouth.
And flying slightly lower was the flag of the Dark Legion ,a black background with a silver dragon ,with a blue sapphire in it's mouth.
The carriage of the Baroness Louise Elizabeth Black , the bride to be and the future queen ,entered the parade grounds of the palace .
The oracle Valora, and Nyla a master assassin of the dark legion ,stepped out from the carriage ,both ladies were dressed in blood red gowns, they had their hair braided with white flowers .
The two ladies helped Louise, in her wedding gown to exit the carriage .
Louise wore a elegant black wedding gown, with tiny silver flowers in the material of the gown, the gown was of similar style to the gowns of the Victorian era .
Her hair was braided ,with blood red and silver flowers ,to match her elaborate gown .
Louise looked truly beautiful , and the crowd cheered at the sight of her beauty and elegance .
The three ladies made their way to the entrance of the palace, and before entering Louise suddenly stopped, and addressed the crowd .
" Good people of the dark city, I Louise Elizabeth Black , look forward to the future, beside the king as his Queen, and the future with you the loyal people of the dark city "said Louise.
Cheers erupted from the crowd, and the three ladies entered the palace together .
The corridor that led to the great hall, was lined by knights of the Dark legion, all dressed in their finest armor ,all standing to attention proud to take their part of the proceedings of the royal wedding,as the future queen made her way down the corridor, with Nyla and Valora holding the train of her wedding gown , the Knights all had a smile on their faces, at the sight of their beautiful queen to be, as she passed by.
At the end of the long corridor the large golden doors were closed, a guard stood at each door, and as the laddies got closer they opened the doors to the grand hall, allowing the ladies to enter the grand hall .
Louise and her laddies, walked slowly down the hall, that was illuminated in a soft rainbow of light, from the many crystal chandelier's that were in the great hall , the ladies walked towards the raised dais at the end of the room ,standing upon the dais was the Fairy Queen ,and on her left was the high priestess of Aserloth the god of magic, the priestess was dressed in dark purple robes ,with magic symbols in gold around the hem ,cuffs and lapels of her robes ,she held in her hand a black staff with a purple crystal at the top , her eyes shining purple ,and her white hair was in a braid, she had a look that was ageless, being neither young or old ,but was the perfect age ,magic surrounded her.
On the right side of the Fairy Queen, stood the dark hooded figure, of the high priest of the Blood God .
The priest wore black robes ,emblazoned on the blood red hem ,cuffs and lapels , of the black robes were magic symbols of silver thread, the hood hid his face, except for his glowing red eyes ,that could be clearly seen under his hood, in his hand was a large scythe .
Standing in front of the dais was Zack with Dain and Ninx.
Louise reached the the dais, and Dain took her hand, and presented her to Zack .
Louise and Zack stood before the dais ,and Allira the Fairy Queen stepped forward with a smile,Allira was dressed in a silver gown, her silver hair was held back by her golden crown, the Fairy Queen began the ceremony.
" Zachary Vincent Eldridge, and Louise Elizabeth Black, you both stand before us today ,to join together in marriage, the joining of your blood and souls, a joining of magics and the merging of minds, the two halves that are separate, will become as one, all of your memories will be shared with each other ,you will know each other like you know yourself ,the bond between you will never end .
I Allira the Queen of all Fairy, bless you both, with all the luck and fortune, that the Fairy realm can bestow upon you.
Zachary Vincent Eldridge, do you take Louise Elizabeth Black, to be your wife and Queen , to share with all that you are "said Allira.
" I Zachary Vincent Eldridge, do take Louise Elizabeth Black, to be my wife and Queen, I willingly share with her all that I am "said Zack.
" Louise Elizabeth Black, do you take Zachary Vincent Eldridge, to be your husband and King , to share with all that you are" said Allira.
I Louise Elizabeth Black, do take Zachary Vincent Eldridge, to be my husband and King, I willingly share all that I am with him" said Louise.
"Kneel before me "said Allira.
Zack and Louise kneeled before the Fairy Queen,and she placed her hands on their heads .
" Let the power of Fairy flow ,I bless thee and I bind you in marriage together as one ,your souls in twined together a part of each other,"said Allira as she stepped back from the couple, and the priestess of Aserloth stepped forward .
The priestess stuck her staff on the ground and the purple crystal began to glow she placed her hand on the head of Zack and spoke words in a language that Zack didn't understand , she then repeated the same process with Louise she struck her staff once more and stepped back the priest of the blood god stepped forward and presented a knife and a cup he first faced Zack .
"Zachary Vincent Eldridge cut your wrist and let the blood fill the cup" said the priest.
The priest then turned to Louise and handed her a knife and a cup.
"Cut your wrist and let the blood fill the cup"said the priest .
Zack and Louise did as they were instructed and cut their wrist then let their blood fill their cups.
"Drink from each other's cup's, and join together as one" said the priest.
Zack and Louise drank the blood from each other's cups, and then the priest placed his hands on their heads, and said a few words in a language unknown to Zack, before he stepped back and the Fairy Queen stepped forward once more, and placed her hands on their heads .
" Let all that is separate, now merge and become one,"said Allira.
A golden light shone upon them for a moment , in that moment all the memories, the entire life of Louise, was seen in Zack's mind, and Louise saw all the memories, of the very long lives of Zack, they now knew each other like they were one .
Allira stepped forward once more ," you may both rise ,king Zachary Vincent Eldridge, husband of Queen Louise Elizabeth Eldridge, i announce you husband and wife, King and Queen said Allira the Fairy Queen.
The celebrations would go on for a few days, wine mixed with dragon blood, and the blood of the King and the Queen,was distributed to the entire population of the dark city, the wine gave everybody a euphoric feeling, and a power boost, the blood of the king and queen mixed with the blood of a dragon ,gave the wine a narcotic effect .
