CHAPTER 20: MEETINGS AFTER MEETINGS.
"Didn't I warned you to be at your best disposal?" Ava asked Kane, as they were done with the meeting with Mr Williams.
"Yes ma'am. You did ma'am," Kane responded, wondering what he had done during the meeting.
"And you almost ruined my meeting. Was that all you could do?" she asked.
"But I tried my best not to interrupt your meeting ma'am," Kane said, wondering.
"If that was all you could do, then I think you're not good enough for me," she said, threatening Kane.
"Please ma'am, I will do better please don't fire me," Kane on his knees as he pleaded, feeling he was going to be lay off from his duty. Even though he knew that he did nothing wrong.
"Am gonna give you one more chance, do not mess with me," she worned him.
"Thank you ma'am. I won't ma'am," Kane responded, still on his knees.
