Jingyi dragged Sizhui upstairs and laid him on the bed, "you're so heavy when you drink."
Jingyi sat down next to him, knowing he probably didn't hear anything
Jingyi, "I never thought I would see our pure Sizhui drink and cuss."
Sizhui turned around to face Jingyi, still half asleep and drunk.
Sizhui, "who said I couldn't do other things." He pointed at Jingyi.
He was almost incomprehensible, slurring every word he said. Jingyi, "what?"
Sizhui, "I don't understand…..h…how…you…how you don't know it."
Jingyi laughed, "you're starting to talk nonsense."
Sizhui seemed like he was about to say something before he dropped his hand and fell asleep. Jingyi stood up and laid on the other side of the bed. Unable to fall asleep, he left the room. He went downstairs, by this point it was already twelve-thirty pm. He left the inn, walking towards the lotus lake bridge. He looked up at the sky and thought, "what was Sizhui saying...ah! He's drunk, of course he's rambling on."
Zizhen, "oh! Jingyi! You're still out here? Where's your boyfr-…I mean, where's Sizhui?" He slurred his words but could still walk straight.
Jingyi, "Sizhui fell asleep so fast! I've never seen him so disorderly."
Zizhen, "being drunk does that heh."
Jingyi and Zizhen talked for a while before Jingyi left to go back to the inn.
Sizhui was still sleeping soundly, "so cute", Jingyi thought.
"wait why am I thinking this? Sizhuis my best friend."
Jingyi went to go take a bath. After he came out, he was still slightly intoxicated, he hadn't drunk alcohol since that one day that he snuck in wine when he was fifteen.
He shook his head to clear his thoughts and sat on the bamboo mat on the floor. He rested his head on Sizhui's arm.
