[The Divine are watching]
Cain looked at the prompt with a strange expression on his face. He lifted his left hand and moved it towards his chin. It seemed like he wanted to stroke his beard. Before he could do that however, another prompt hit him. [Administrator Angel Lamedile is watching you.]
The prompt in front of the humans soon faded as waves of new information hit their souls. Apparently the 'Stage' had indeed been set. The worlds would be connected and the things chained below would be released. The Divine wanted to raise heroes though, so the worlds were not left to fend for themselves. To assist them, the Divine took a page straight out of fiction! The Divine and 'HIM' converted the Universe's power system into an actual System! Cringe!!! Till the 'battle' started, the worlds had been dragged into an infernal game show. The inhabitants of the worlds, -now dubbed 'streamers' by the System- only had one task. [Survive till the end.]
Soon a 'ping' sound akin to that of a notification sounded in the ears of the 'streamers'.

Seeing the new prompt , most humans had odd expressions on their face. Some of them tried to touch it but their hands just passed right through. Others just observed it with wary expressions. A scarce few however seemed to have a smile on their face. Their smiles clearly read something like "this is my moment" or "I'll slay all the gods"... a truly cringe bunch. Clearly this was the repercussion of too much anime.
After about a minute, the new notification seemed to morph into a timer [5:00]. The timer began with five minutes before slowly starting to tick away. The scene changed again and we appeared in the Kitchen of a fast food restaurant. In there it was possible to see multiple chefs wearing white aprons and chef hats. All the cooks seemed like fodder. One lady caught they eye though. She was fair skinned, quite tall for a lady, and was also good looking. She seemed to be staring at the timer as she picked up her phone . Her long black hair was a mess as she opened an app and a live recording started playing on her phone. In the video was a young fair skinned boy. Next to the boy was a dog. The dog was a German Shepherd and it was wagging its tail lightly. Both the Boy and Dog were in a daze as they looked at something. The lady couldn't see what they were looking at, but she could guess as most of the chefs in the room had that same expression. Soon tears started to fall from her eyes as she turned around and ran out of the kitchen. Her action knocked one of the chefs out of his daze. he looked at her and screamed "Layla where are you going?!!" She ignored his scream though and kept going.
Cain watched the timer count down with a grim expression. It now had about 3 minutes left. Standing up, Cain took out his phone from his pocket and began to walk to the living room. He swiped up and navigated towards YouTube. He scrolled for a bit and clicked the first 'Breaking News' he saw. After clicking it, a female CNN news anchor's voice was heard.
"The US government has released statements saying that it was handling the case." The reporter's voice was a bit tensed and one could definitely feel fear in it. She remained professional though and continued on to say. "The US has reached out to China, The UK, France, Spain and even Russia in a bid to hammer down the crisis." "After their brief meeting, armies of most nations got on a war footing as every nation prepared for the worse." With that she turned around and faced the screens behind her. Videos of soldiers gearing up and large tanks moving could be seen. Navy personnel entered submarines as they descended into the ocean. It looked like the entire world was preparing for world war 3.
Cain looked away from his phone's screen as he walked towards the weapon rack in his living room . All the weapons looked as ordinary as ever but Cain didn't mind. His gaze swept through all the weapons as his eyes paused on the bow he used yesterday. His gaze ultimately moved past it though. It settled on a very plain looking un-sheeted Katana. It had some 'Han' looking characters on it that i couldn't read "命" . Picking up the Katana, Cain looked at it and his face reflected on the blade. Memories seemed to flood Cain as the reflection showed his hollow eyes. Snapping out of his daze, Cain picked the Sheet of the weapon that was hanged under it, sheeted the weapon and sat on the floor. Cain pulled his phone back up and continued watching the news. "The timer now has only 10! se-seconds!" Said the news lady with a slight stammer. Truly though, the timer already had less than 10 seconds. As the final seconds continued to tick down, it was clear that the world had descended into silence for the second time today...

Immediately the timer hit zero, all the humans held their breath. It was as if they were waiting for fireworks or something. Nothing happened though. A minute passed and still nothing. The news anchor fell on her rear and tears of joy could be seen rolling down her eyes. The relief didn't last though. Soon loud screams could be heard followed by 'ra ta ta ta ta'. That was definitely machine gun fire! 'boom' the building shook 'boom' it shook again. The loud booms kept ringing out. It was starting to sound like...footsteps. The news anchor's eyes shook as her tears flowed even more. Soon the loud 'footsteps' stopped. The reporter and everyone else in that studio started to feel real uncomfortable. "Huff... Huff..." Heavy breathing sounds could now be heard. Every one in the room's body stiffened. The breathing... Why was it so loud?! "Kyaaaahhhhhhhhh!" The news lady screamed as she pointed towards a window saying "THer- there!"
The Camera followed her finger and all the news watchers could see what she saw. Next to the window was a baby! Or was it? I mean, it was clearly as tall as the building -which was a duplex btw- It was also naked and had a permanent grin etched on its face. It's large premature male reproductive organs dangled disgustingly from it's frame. It's internal organs were in full display as some parts of its upper body were transparent. 'ra ta ta ta.' More gun shots rang out as blood flowed from the baby's back. The giant baby monster didn't seem to mind though as the blood just flowed back and the wounds healed. The people in the building couldn't see all that . What they could see ,however, was the eye of the creature as it peaked through the window. "Kyahhhh~" screams rang out and men turned to women as they let out even girly-er screams. Then they all started running around like headless chickens. The lady was an exception though as she just held her head and cried. Her tears resounded through out the viewers homes -or where ever they were watching- . Baby sounds that would have been called cute came out of the nightmare creature's mouth as its eyes slowly left the window, but with a resounding 'bang' a giant baby hand came right through the wall. The hand tapped around a little like it was looking for something. Eventually, it grabbed the news lady causing her to let out another mighty scream "N-No leave me-- ahhhh" she struggled and tried to squirm out of the creature's grasp but it was too late. The creature brought her out of the building and she could now see the full Monster. Immediately she saw the thing, she passed out. A fascinated sound left the baby like creature's mouth as his mouth opened in a way no baby's moth should. And it dropped the lady right in. What followed was a loud gulp then the News channel immediately went off air.
As the news station's broadcast came to an end, Cain turned off his phone and placed it back in his pocket. He grasped the Katana that was on his lap and got up. Then He walked to a small stool and picked his wallet. Opening his wallet, he looked at its content for a moment before clamping it shut and put it in his back pocket. 'Clap Clap'. Clapping sounds rang out as Cain clapped his hands lightly. Soon, all the lights in the house went off and Cain slowly walked towards the exit. The expression on his face was the same tired one he had yesterday, yet he kept moving forward.
'pa'. Cain shut his front door lightly but didn't bother to lock it. He really didn't see the need. He looked forward and could see smoke rising in the distance. His home was far from cities, but it clearly wasn't far enough. Cain rested his Katana on his shoulders the tired expression on his face seemed to grow deeper and with great reluctance, he stepped forward. Then his body blurred and he vanished.
'boooom' ,'Ra ta ta ta ta', 'aaaaaahhhhh'. Screams and gunshots rang out as humans were running in every direction. Men in police vans were shooting at stuff and people were running away. Most of the people looked forgettable and would probably be dead soon. If one looked at the direction everyone was running away from though, they would see sh!t straight out of AOT!
Giant humanoid creatures were running with different expressions. As they did, it was possible to see their genitalia and arms dangle all over the place. Some of their faces were etched in permanent grins and the light of insanity was evident in their eyes. Fun fact, all the giants looked like babies! The guys in the police van kept on shooting even though it was clear that it made no difference. They had to though, orders were orders. One of the police men looked forward with trembling eyes. He held his gun with one hand as his other hand moved towards his lower body. His hand touched his crotch and he started... rubbing it? Soon a 'tent' formed in his pants and a fire seemed to light up in his eyes. He stopped shooting and ran towards the monsters. This idiotic action caught the attention of his squad causing them to stop shooting as the commander like figure shouted "STEVE what the hell are you doing?!!" The man -probably named Steve- was too far gone though. He had a europhic expression as he ran towards the 'children' and screamed "Daddy is Coming!!" This man...it was clear that he was a pedophile, but what kind of pedophile was this?! The man reached the running 'children' very soon . The things didn't acknowledge his existence though as the lead 'child' simply stepped on him. When it raised it's leg to continue running, one could see a large 'red' spot on the ground. The strange pedophile`s body had been crushed. The only thing that was left was a pinkish meat rod that was pointing towards the sky. Damn... the pedophile was 'hard' till the very end.
