Walking through the library int he dark wasn't as comforting as I thought it would be. Maybe it was how quiet it was. Or how large the space was. Either way, every step and breath was carried through the air. Making it echo through the books.
Kathryn leads the way, her hand out on the bookshelves, seemingly unbothered by the surrounding darkness. Just trusting her to lead me through the maze of bookshelves. Surprised, my feet found the floor every time.
"We're here." Kathryn said, stopping. Unsure of how deep into the library we were, there was still only one choice. I couldn't see and the books wouldn't have their names translated into braille.
"Utsýl," I spoke, a small ball of light appeared. The small ball of light looked like a fuzzy creature.
