There was no time to stop. Even just for the night. Making it back to the major town that night was the goal. I didn't know what was waiting for me. For Dawn and I when we made it back. Using the hood of my clothing to keep myself out of the light, and a blanket to keep Dawn from being as noticeable as possible.
We walked through the town, hearing yelling. This town was mainly a farming one. Meaning that it incommodious a lot of land. Making it hard to go around it. But for how long it was, the town was quick to travel through. If we were careful, then there wouldn't be a problem.
