"Mr. Joe, please this way." Subsequently, the minister led Mr. Joe to where he was previously seated, going through the documents which was the location of the bookshelf.

"Please sit down." The minister politely offered Mr. Joe a seat.

"Alright!" Mr. Joe nodded as he took the seat offered by the minister. He was pleasantly surprised by the attitude the minister was displaying.

Even though, the minister could be said to be his junior since he is beneath him when it comes to ranks or positions in the organization, it is rare for him to be putting up this kind of attitude. For God's sake! if nothing at all, he is a minister.

"Mr. Joe let me get straight to the point as I know you have a lot of things to be taken care of on your end." The minister said as he instructed the artificial intelligence standing by his side.

Not long after, an aroma of the southern coffee spread throughout the entire room. Drawing everybody's attention to its entrenchment.

Subsequently, the AI placed a cup before each of the business tycoons and filled them up with coffee.

"Hmm. Not bad!" Mr. Joe commented after taking a sip.

"Hahaha." The minister laughed when he heard Mr Joe's words. He didn't get angry at the "Not bad" comment made by Mr. Joe as he knew it was rare for him to give out a compliment. Even in the organization, he doesn't necessarily do that.

"This is the last coffee crop from South Africa before the farm mysteriously got burned. Due to its scarcity, the price increased exponentially. " The minister clarified.

In truth, just last year before December, BBC broadcasted that a 10-acre cropping farm in South Africa mysteriously got burned down to a crisp. Till now, they have yet to find out the reason behind it.

"I heard something similar to that happened at the end of last year. It's really unfortunate.

Mr. Joe lamented as he thought of all that money going to waste.

Though it was government-owned, it's still a pity since he could have still gotten some benefits from it. He has allies with governmental positions in almost all the African countries.

"Have they been able to find some clues?" Mr. Joe asked. He was particularly interested in the organization / individual responsible for that feat.

"I'm not sure! But there seems to be some speculation. It's said that the South African government tried to intervene in the territorial disputes between two nations but the nation with the upper hand wasn't pleased with it.

Hence, they burned down the farm to serve as a warning to the South African government.

"Oh okay!" Mr. Joe nodded as he heard the explanation from the minister. Disputes between nations weren't something new to occurr. It has become a normal occurrence for the past decade.

"Your Excellency, let's get to the point. My time is almost up. Why did you call me up?" Mr. Joe asked as he took a look at his watch.

"Hahahaha. Mr. Joe is as straight as ever!" The minister laughed. " There is currently a problem that I am facing. Looking at both sides, you are the only person who can solve this problem for me." The minister continued.

"What is it?" Mr. Joe asked impatiently. He was starting to get annoyed since the minister was just beating about the bush.

"You are well aware of the quota that needs to be fulfilled at the end of the year in the organization."

"Yes." Mr. Joe nodded. Every year, the organization sets up a quota for every member to fulfill to climb up the ranks or positions.

"I chose to operate in one of the villages under Asakraka. However, in the die minutes, when success stood before me, my plans got completely shattered by the local force. Since then, I've been sending my men to unvestigate.

However, they always come back with nothing! Time they say waits for no man. The months seem to be moving fast hence I can't wait any longer. That's the reason I asked for the meeting. Please I need your help!" With veins threatening to break loose from his neck and hands, the minister spat out.

He was clearly infuriated by what was happening.

"What's the name of the village? Mr. Joe asked curiously. He was pleasantly surprised by what the minister was saying. He couldn't remember any local police force this competent. To disrupt the plans of a minister?

Morever, this said police unit wasn't based in a city or town but a village.
