Chapter 20 - Subduing Ato and his comrades

Yebou's grip was like the Grim Reaper who had acquired his target. It held onto the hand so firmly that, one could have the impression of that of a coin being stuck on a magnet.

"What are these people doing? Are they acting in a play? "I guess you are right. If not for a play, how could one explain what is happening right now? Hehehe"

"Hahaha, just look at Ato, what is he doing? He is such a great actor. Look at his expression. Hahaha."

The spectating crowd all burst into loud laughter as some held their stomachs while others rolled on the ground.

Looking at the tiny hand which seemed to have no bones, holding firmly in place the large masculine hand without faltering while the other person who possessed the large hand was shaking all over, trying everything he could to gain control of his hand, made the whole scene so funny.

" Hahaha." A loud laughter escaped from Yebou's mouth, leaving all those present speechless. "Has Yebou gone mad, why is he laughing all of a sudden?

" I don't think so. I think he just seems too over-excited. I mean who wouldn't want to look heroic in front of such a massive crowd while exhibiting such strength?"

"Now that you speak of that, I think you are right. If it were to be me, I would have probably done worse."

Contrary to what they were thinking, Yebou had a different thought as he busily read through the system's mission.

[MISSION]

Mission 1: Subdue Ato and his comrades.

Mission 2: Earn the respect of the spectating crowd.

Mission 3: Earn Grandma Akosua's gratitude.

Rewards: 300 experience points and 100 reputation points from the people of Oframasi.

"What does this reputation point do? Yebou thought as he became confused. From the video games he had played in his previous life, he had a clear understanding of what reputational points meant.

However, this wasn't a video game, it was reality. So how could reputational points appear here? Immediately he had that thought, the system replied with an explanation.

Reputation points: Relationship with other people. It starts from hostility, neutral, friendly, hero, then master. The more reputation points, the more your relationship with others becomes better.

" oh so does how it works? It's no different from the video games I used to play in my past life." He thought after reading the explanation from the system.

Nevertheless, from the joyous atmosphere within the spectating crowd, Ato's companions all wore solemn expressions. They couldn't believe what was happening before their eyes.

After struggling for about 5 minutes to no avail, Ato stopped all of a sudden as he stared at Yebou. "I don't know what sorcery you are using but you better let go of my hand before I get angry."

From his point of view, Yebou had cast some sort of spell. That was the only explanation that could justify what was currently happening.

"Oh, and what if I refuse? Yebou replied smiling. " Then, don't blame me for getting nasty" Ato shouted furiously. "You can try," Yebou replied.

Subsequently, a massive leg came flying straight at Yebou. However, before the leg could hit Yebou, "pah!" A resounding slap sounded out as Ato covered his cheek with his other free hand, moaning in pain.

He would have cried out loud if not for the spectating crowd. He didn't want to further embarrass himself. He gritted his teeth as he silently cried in his heart.

"How dare you slap me?" Ato said with blood streaming from the corner of his mouth. Ato was so furious that hot hair steamed from his head.

He turned to his side and when he spotted his comrades standing while doing nothing and just shivering, he couldn't help but bellow and curse out loudly.

"What the f* are you guys standing there for? Why should you be scared? He's f*ing only one person. Come and teach him a lesson.

They were immediately brought back to reality by the loud bellow and curses from Ato. They hurriedly made their way towards Yebou.

They rushed forward threatening to stomp him under their foot. " Stomp! Stomp! Stomp! Hiya, loud sounds of footsteps and shouts could be heard 100 meters away as they made their way towards their target.
