Our eyes locked, and she flashed me a mischievous grin.

Who's she?

"Young lady, I never anticipated you would cause me this much trouble. I suppose I made a grave error inviting you to the purple valley," she remarked.

"You're the voice that led me into the portal of Oshkosh?" I inquired, to which she nodded subtly.

The fear etched across Valerius's pale face was unmistakable, prompting me to wonder if there was a hidden secret between them.

Despite Valerius's claim to be the vampire lord, the terror on his face as she spoke was obvious.

Beneath her hood, she scoffed slightly before rising from the throne.

Turning to Valerius, she spoke with graceful authority.

"Vale, I'll escort the guest to my domain. Ensure no one enters the purple valley, and close the portal of Oshkosh," she commanded, her condescending tone visibly vexed him as I observed him simmering with silent rage.
