I turned to Arius in shock. "The dragon princess? Why would I even be in her memory?"
"Arius, that's impossible! I'm human, mortal! A mortal who miraculously found herself in this strange realm of magic and mythical creatures. How on earth would I be in the memory of a dragon princess? Who the hell is she by the w—ouch!"
I screamed in pain as my head suddenly throbbed, as if the so-called dragon princess had just punished me for insulting her.
"Are you okay, Kimberly?" Ethan asked, his voice tinged with concern as he noticed me holding my head.
"Yes, I'm just tired. A little bit of rest would do," I groaned, turning to leave with Ethan still holding onto me.
Arius's concerned voice cut through the silence of the passageway, stopping me in my tracks.
"You must try to recollect what you saw in that vision. It's crucial, you may have a huge role to play in this journey!" he said.
