The fleet was making its way towards the Athenian ship.
But before they could take them down a white flag was raised by the Athenian ship.
So the Spartan ship slowly encircled them.
Before putting down the walking planks.
Syeinos walked up to to Athenian ship with some guards, and Deimos at his side.
The captain of the Athenian ship also came up to talk.
"Why have you gone so far into Spartan waters."
"I came here on a diplomatic mission to deliver a message."
"Alright if that is the case we can listen to it now."
The Athenian captain frowned.
"Sir this message is meant for the royal family not anyone else."
"Still no problem; see this giant kid beside me."
"That is a kid?!!"
"Yes just seven years old."
'But that besides the point."
"He is the crown prince of Sparta"
"So if you have a message you can tell him."
The Athenian captain now began to sweat a bit.
He already guessed the identity of this giant men beside the admiral.
"Alright than." He said
" I came here with a ultimatum on behalve of Athens, Thebes, Corinth and Delphi."
" Hand over the prince Deimos for a ritual sacrifice to the gods, or expect a war for the annihilation of Sparta."
" So the Oracle of Delphi has spoken."
"He is a abomination to the gods and should not exist."
After saying this the captain looked smug, finally feeling like he is capable of suppressing Sparta.
"So are you going to hand him over or suffer the wrath of the gods."
"Pffff hahahaha"
Deimos couldn't keep in his laughter anymore.
"Hand me know over hahaha."
"This is just as good."
"The plans may have moved up the timescale a few years, but the war was inevitable."
"What do you mean."
When the captain saw Deimos laughing he started to get nervous.
And what did he mean with the war was inevitable.
What kind of plans did Sparta have to say such a bolt thing.
"I mean it like I said it, the war was coming and the hegemony over Greece was always going to be our goal."
"You just forced us to make a move before all our new war machines are finished."
"But with the royal family we are capable of holding your armies back purely on strength."
"Unless your precious gods decent nobody will be able to content against us."
"And we will keep you at bay until we finish our war effort and then it's time for your fall."
"Prince Deimos why are you telling him all this these are state secrets!!." Syeinos said
"Because I don't plan on letting these men go, they will accompany their God Poseidon at the bottom of the sea."
"But they are messengers, and you don't kill the messenger."
The captain had now already taken back several steps.
He didn't want to die today.
But Deimos didn't give him a lot of options.
"Move out of the ship" Deimos orderd.
Syeinos and the soldiers moved out from the ship.
And before the captain could understand what was happening.
Deimos flew up into the air.
And not more than second later a black beam of antimatter broke the ship in two.
Screams ran trough the air and the Athenian ship began to sink slowly.
Deimos landed back at the flag ship.
"Your highness why did you do that?"
"No let me ask you a question."
"How do you think these false gods would react, if a mortal came and demanded to hand over Zeus for a ritual sacrifice?"
"This wasn't a messenger but just a plain provocation towards me."
"Why should I give myself to these ants?"
"And why would I let the one go who locked me?"
"Even if I gave myself away they don't even have the tools to make me into a sacrifice."
"They can't even scratch my skin."
"Enough about this topic let's set sail."
"Also sent a message towards my father."
"It is time to enact the plan"
"Put everything that the captain said in the letter."
"Yes your highness"
Syeinos said.
He never knew that the prince had such a hard, and commanding side to him.
But it isn't weird, it would be weird if he was normal after everything he went trough.
Evening came and the ship kept sailing the normal route.
Until a big storm began to brew.
Syeinos became sollem.
All hands on deck a storm is coming.
"It must be Poseidon's wrath" a sailor said.
"It doesn't matter I still have some unfinished business with Poseidon."
Deimos said.
If he must rank which god he hated most Poseidon was at the very top he would never forgive what he saw in his vision.
He would chalange this arrogant god, topple him chain him and use his flesh and blood to strengthen his soldiers.
Deimos looked at the storm with a mocking gaze.
No ship would be lost in this storm and none of his men would fall.
He would make sure of that.
