Technology cannot be trusted. Browsing the internet has become such a dangerous activity. The content that people consume has become eerie. Disturbing messages, unwanted advertisements, and the vile plague.
Vile plague, as the name suggests, is a virus hidden within the corners of technology. Elusive and swift, the virus would infect your devices and eventually your whole body. The virus would manipulate you, enveloping your body with strange purple liquid, turning you into a rampaging purple monster threatening the lives of the population.
No cure has been developed as of this moment. Scientists and programmers alike have enough knowledge to comprehend such an unusual phenomenon. Once the virus infects you, there is no way of returning back to normal. The only way of preventing such a thing from happening is for the government to prohibit the people from using technology.
People are stubborn. They crave attention, crave connection, crave convenience. As a result, they turn into monsters.
In reality, everything was fabricated by the government. The conspiracy group "the wandering eye," where I am a part of, discovered the sinister truth. The government schemed to steal the people's freedom by creating a substance that would transform humans into purple rampaging monsters.
It was our job to inform the people to overthrow the government. To fight for our freedom and to cast judgment.
