"They all are for different purposes. This floor has a painting room and dance practice room. Let me take you there. Gladly this building is isolated today and no one is around. It would be more fun!"
Without waiting for Zhao Yuhui to reply, the girl moved out of the door. Left with no other option, Zhao Yuhui followed the suit.
The second room they entered, like how it was previously mentioned, was a painting room and it was exceptionally spacious.
Painting stands were kept in a line, huge cupboards containing all the materials required were in the back and the walls were decorated with the marvellous paintings.
"Wouldn't they feel disturbance while painting when there is music room right beside it?"
"I heard from someone that it definitely was the case couple of years back. But after our now-aluminis complained about it, all the rooms were made soundproof."
Zhao Yuhui nodded and gazed at the paintings hung on the wall.
They were beautiful.
"Every year painting contests are held, and the winning painting is hung on the wall. It's been eighteen years since this contest was started, hence there are eighteen paintings on the wall."
"How come I didn't know about all of it?" Zhao Yuhui laughed at herself. She had never even bothered to read the template of the university she was studying in.
"I know right! Even I am surprised, I am still in first year, yet I know all about this."
Zhao Yuhui was stunned. "You are in first year?"
"Yes, what about you?"
"Third year."
"You are not kidding, right?" She was in final year, yet she knew nothing about this place!
Was her senior joking?
It was too hard to believe for someone like her who was aware of each detail about this university even before she had appeared in high-school entrance examinations.
"What were your points in national university examination?"
"Less to get in the top university and enough to get in here."
"This university wasn't your first choice? I see. Then it makes sense that you know nothing about it." The little junior again nodded thoughtfully.
Zhao Yuhui felt bad for this little junior. Poor her! The little junior couldn't believe that someone as ignorant as Zhao Yuhui could also be there.
"You told me about the practice room. Where is it?" Not knowing what else to say, Zhao Yuhui asked about another room.
Not knowing something was one thing, however, someone else getting to know about that ignorance was wholesome another thing. It was awful!
Though the little junior was very good and well-behaved but the tint of shock just didn't seem to vanish from her eyes even when they had already came to practice room.
She was quite innocent who hadn't learnt to form the facade over her emotions and that made Zhao Yuhui even more embarrassed.
"This is the last room on this floor. No one really appears here though."
A room with a huge mirror on the opposite wall. A typical dancing studio.
"Now let's go to the second floor!"
"Second floor? What's there?"
"A swimming pool! Games room! A bar!"
"A bar? Is that allowed inside the university?" Zhao Yuhui was startled.
"Shhh! Only our department have that privilege." The girl pointed finger over her lips and whispered.
Zhao Yuhui mirrored the action, "Why so?" Her right brow raising in expectation.
"Big Sister, I will tell you when we would be there. Hurry up! Let's get to the second floor first!"
Zhao Yuhui clicked her tongue against the inner cheek. As she stared at the back of the girl walking up to another floor, she wondered if it was okay to blindly follow her around.
Rather than touring Zhao Yuhui around, it felt as if this little junior herself had gotten a chance to move around freely.
Nevertheless, Zhao Yuhui unhurriedly went after the girl and began walking up the stairs. With her arms crossed, the corner of her eyes flashed with another thought which, on intuition, made her throw an inspecting gaze at the corner of the ceiling.
"Are there no cameras here?"
Hearing the abrupt question, the little junior's steps visibly faltered and she hesitated. Zhao Yuhui watched the back stiffening, while her own eyes unknowingly deepened as she anticipated the answer.
She had asked it only because she couldn't find one, however, the weird reflexive action of the girl ended up giving her feel that there was more to it.
Just when she had thought the little junior would turn around to answer her, she continued moving up and murmured. "You really aren't aware of anything, are you?"
The sharpness from Zhao Yuhui's eyes faded as she blinked. Now, what did that comment mean?
Zhao Yuhui stood still, looking blankly at the long corridor ahead. "Where are the doors?"
"They are here only."
Zhao Yuhui spared the girl another stare and diverted her eyes back to the white corridor ahead of her. The ground floor and first floor were normal, very normal in fact as compared to this strange hallway.
A long hallway with just white walls on both sides without a sign of any door was what greeted her. And even the ceiling and floor was painted white.
What was this?
"If you focus intensely on the white wall, you will find them."
Sure enough, right after that was spoken, Zhao Yuhui exclaimed loudly. "W-why doors are painted white as well? What exactly is this?"
Zhao Yuhui suddenly felt she had entered a strange place. If the students requested such kind of interior style only to get thrilled, they surely won. She couldn't stop a strange expression from spreading on her face.
