World's P.O.V,
Gurgle!
Rumble!
Shii~
Tip-tip~
Chirp~
It was evening as the mighty Sun was setting. The scenery looked very beautiful when the orange-red light of sun shone on a river 'Ashwanadi', causing its crystal clear water to shine in the colour of sky.
The river's water was flowing with a hint of violence in it, creating various sounds. Coupled with the chirping of birds who were on their way home, it created a beautiful chorus of nature, calming the very soul of anyone who heard it.
Amidst this miraculous scene of nature, a shining basket made up of wax was truly eye-catching. The basket itself wasn't glowing but the silky clothes in it. They kept reflecting light, granting a divine presence to the surroundings.
Many little creatures went to look at these strange yet charming things flowing in the orange gold river.
Only to be surprised by a radiant face of a young soul sleeping inside it. The truth was... the radiating golden light wasn't silk clothes but this child himself.
The radiance on his was challenging the glamour of the Sun itself! Every being, be it hostile or friendly, were charmed by it as they followed the basket.
It caused an unusual scene of countless creatures following a certain object, successfully raising the interest of certain large creatures. Unsurprisingly, they were also charmed by the child and joined the caravan of creatures.
As for the setting sun, it was glowing with its mighty brightness that kept fading as the time of night came near. However, today's sun was a little weird. Hidden inside its mighty brightness, one might feel various emotions of guilt, sorrow and regret...
Yet none cared about it as creatures kept doing their own work. Slowly, darkness was descending on the world.
A few moments later,
A young bird was curious about the strange yet holy being in the basket. Hence, it clumsily fled to the basket and rested its feet on the tender chest of this divine baby, which felt hard to touch as it was covered by a golden armor that covered his torso, leaving his hands to open. As for other creatures, no-one noticed the bird, all of them were completely mesmerized by the child to think of anything else.
Chirp?
The young bird chirped as it was blinded by the two golden earrings on the child which kept radiating a holy aura. And why wouldn't it be? These earrings were partially part of his father, The Sun God, Surya Dev! They contain a part of Amrit, granting partial immortality to the child.
Peck~
"Om."(Ah!)
When the young bird saw that the creature opposite to it wasn't opening its eyes. The young bird pecked his arm skin gently as its mother would do the same to wake him up. And, this action caused the child to open his eyes with 'Om' a word or rather a sound representing the 'Shiva' himself.
The child, named as 'Vasusena' by his father, opened his eyes and looked around only to see a young bird on his chest. While his basket was surrounded by a legion of various creatures like fishes, Birds, Crocodiles, Fireflies etc. Add the above with the surrounding sound of flowing river, he understood his state.
He needn't any explanation as despite born as the son of almighty Sun and a Demi-god, second only to Deities in strength, getting great parents like Radha and Adhiratha, he is supposed to live a cursed life filled with countless obstacles created by destiny, society, his own brothers and others. His fate was to die by the hands of Arjun, his own brother, on the guidance of Shri Krishna, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu itself.
A life of miseries and discrimination of never getting to show his capabilities. That kind of life is destined for himself.
Surprisingly, He wasn't not concerned about it. He had lived through a physical hell in his past life. Hence, he could live through a life filled with mental hell once. At least, he will have a family, friend and a partner to divide his share of burdens.
This was the kind of life he had once desired...
Where, after returning from hell, he will have loved once waiting for him at home, a place where he could return and find the warmth required to face the future adversaries.
With this mindset, he looked at the young bird on his chest and tried communicating with it, forgetting about his own state i.e., he is a child.
"Om, Om-Om."(Move aside.)
Strangely though, only the sound of 'Om' could be heard from his mouth and yet the young bird understood his meaning and fled beside his face, sitting on comfortably before curiously gazing at him.
It caused the child to feel a little strange. Yes, only a little. He had already felt transmigration or reincarnation. Hence, a minor thing like this would never bother him.
So, he took his hands out of the bounds of silky clothes and signaled the flying in the sky to move away a little as they were obstructing his vision. Something they obediently did, opening a space in the form of the letter 'OM' written in Sanskrit.
Confirming the doubt of the little one that it might be a boon of Lord Shiva. Consequently, it relaxed his mind more. Thinking that in this period, Gods were still watching over humans.
As the birds moved away, he saw that the sun was setting. Thinking that it would take too much time before he will be picked by his foster parents, he politely requested the surrounding creature's, "Om, Om-Om, OM-om-om-om?'(Can anyone help me reach the banks of mother Ganga at Kingdom of Anga?)
Hearing* his request the creatures broke out of their reverie and looked at each before a school of fishes and a mighty crocodile of three meters length came forward.
Out of them, the crocodile looked at me as it tried to convey some message that the child somehow understood, 'I am the Makar, a creature belonging to the Chambal river. Along with these fishes, we agree to take you to your destination. However, you have to continue reciting {OM} till we reach the destination.'
Thinking that Makar's request was feasible, Vasusena who is yet to be named Karna, agreed without thinking a second time, "OM~"(Okay~)
"Om? Om-Om-Om? OM!~"(Friends aren't your family waiting for you? Please return home? Okay? BYE!~) After agreeing to Makar's condition, he told other creatures to return home as their children would have been worried about them.
Hence, All but a single young bird went away. Vasusena, too, wasn't worried about it. So, he rested on the basket while he kept reciting the word 'Om'
"Om~"
"Om~"
"Om~"
"Om~"
....
Causing the atmosphere to fall into strange stillness and divinity. Everywhere the school of fish and Makar went, they left a trail of calmness and serenity along with traces of purity.
As for the kid?
His eyes were tightly shut as he saw some strange text floating opposite to him.
They were,
[Freedom you desire?]
