Immediately, Tui goes on guard and creates a type of water spear, holding it tensely in her hand. Likewise, the whole tribe turns in the direction I'm staring and prepares for defense. They create shields, swords, spears, and even bows and arrows out of water to protect themselves. No one moves, and I'm certain that none of them can sense the presence of the intruders—they are simply on guard because I gave the order.
I sense a bit of magical power coming from one person, even though with my sixth sense, I feel a strong bloodlust from several more individuals, though it's quite weak. I know somehow they are hiding their magical power, even though I had never met or heard of anyone who could do so. In fact, until recently, it was believed to be impossible to regulate or minimize magical power, so the idea that someone could conceal their magical power seems ridiculous to me.
"Whoever you are, come out now," Tui says threateningly.
