"Avery, I need to go now. I will see you during the weekend." Hazel said, hanging up the call.
"What are you doing here, Damien?" Hazel asked, standing up from the chair with her hands crossed.
Damien only walked in, not saying a word as he stood in front of Hazel. The woman didn't bat an eyelid as she stared at Damien with so much intensity.
Hazel's eyes were distant, showing the fact that she was probably angry to see him in her office.
"I came to see you," Damien said with a smug smile playing on his lips. His lips were set into thin lines as he stared at Hazel
Hazel had to curse herself; she couldn't believe she was still getting attracted to Damien after so many years. She has detached herself from the man, but no one knows how the heart works.
"I made it clear to you that I don't want to see you. If you would like to excuse me, please use the door and stop teleporting into my space." Hazel said, gritting her teeth.
