Following Fredrick's apology was an uproar from the students,
" Did you hear that… Fredrick is so thoughtful", a girl said as she cupped her face with her hands.
" She's such a lucky witch!" another girl said.
"Oh my gosh! The school hunk and school flower… They don't look too bad together", someone commented.
" What are you saying, this is the third week of the first semester, they mustn't be thinking of stuff like that…", another girl with glasses replied the person.
" I can't believe this! Why am I not the one who sits with the school hunk? Indeed, an ugly witch", another girl cried and glared at Delilah.
" I so much want to scarify her ugly face… I should be the one sitting with Fredrick", another girl grumbled, her eyes shooting daggers at Delilah.

" Silence! Keep quiet, all of you!!!" Mr. Zhou's face was as red as a cooked lobster. Soon, the noise died down.
" You… go to your seat!" he ordered Delilah, who ran to her seat.
Mr. Zhou turned to the class," Now, all of you… turn your textbook to page twenty-three and solve all the equations on that exercise", Mr. Zhou commanded.
Suddenly, wails and cries came from the students," Twenty equations of trouble…"
After class…
" Uhm… thank you classmate Frederick", she bowed.
" Mm!", Fredrick grunted in response as he continued to pack his book.
Delilah bit her lower lip, she was thinking of what to say, but before she could open her mouth to talk, Fredrick had left the class. Her head fell on the table, and she sighed deeply.
During break…
