Ever since Hayden left, Ayla had been feeling dispirited. She was already missing him, and it was just the first day. Moreover, she was trying her level best to hide from the housekeeper, especially after she found them in that intimate position that morning. How in the world was she going to explain it to her?
"Miss, you actually don't need to hide from me, you know?" The housekeeper said with an amused expression. Her voice startled Ayla and made her jump.
"Gosh, you scared me." Ayla held her chest and exclaimed. She almost fainted from shock.
"I am sorry." Auntie Anne apologised.
"Err..what were you saying earlier?" Ayla thought she had her talk earlier.
"Oh, I was saying you don't need to hide from because of what happened earlier." The housekeeper explained once again.
"Why?" Why did it sound so odd to Ayla? She expected the housekeeper to be shocked, senseless by now. Why was she still smiling anyway?
