Just as he made his way, a loud gasp coming from the direction of Isadora made him halt in his advance and quickly turn back.
Often times her wisdom catching leads to her feeling somewhat drained and required her to rest for a bit in order to feel better enough to function properly again.
But such a loud reaction from her came ever so seldom that made him fumble around not knowing what to do or how to help her in this situation.
She looked like she was in pain as she heaved heavily struggling to breath. Isadora's neck bend back, so far back it could not have been a natural angle. This only caused Silas to panic even further.
Before he could fully panic and call for the ambulance thinking they could help her in her seisure like symptoms, although he was well aware of the fact that it was anything but a medical emergency; Isadora jerked her neck back in place as if she fought for that control with tooth and nail.
She turned in Silas's direction, opened her eyes and the urgency in them was as evident as the setting sun hanging low in the sky at the moment.
"Silas!" she gasped in her raspy voice, no doubt the result of her neck's previous position. Isadora raised her arm in his direction trying to say something but Silas misunderstood in thinking she was asking for help.
"Yes, Yes, Isadora I'm here; what do you want me to do? How should I stop this?" Silas ran to her and held her hand whilst completely forgetting about the whole honorifics dynamic of their relationship as he kept calling her by her name.
"We can not stop it you, fool." Isadora again rasped, annoyed how her apprentice still didn't completely held the full ropes of their operations and aslo the fact that he interupted her from saying what she was about to.
"Listen, to me, I don't have much time, it's her. It is her, she is taking over and she seems angry this time. You need to get me the girl."
Her words were confusing Silas more, if anything. What girl was she talking about and who was angry?
In any case, Silas said nothing and only listenned to what she was telling him to do by simply nodding.
"The girl needs to be here to listen to this, once it happens it might not happen again-"
"Yes, but what girl, Isa-"
"I sense her presence, boy. She is near, very near. It is her essence that talks to me, it is for her she is here today. You will find her right outside those flaps. Hurry! She needs to be here when she comes, her life depends on it." the urgency in her whole demeanor was not helping the panic case of Silas as something like this has never happened to them before in his years of apprenticeship.
Silas nodded before getting up and finally letting go of Isadora's vice like grip on his hand. She must really be in pain just to be able to stay in control long enough for him to bring the girl in.
Right before stepping out Silas turned to her to see her now gripping the edge of the table she sat on, hunched over like she was fighting for her life.
"How will I know which one she is?"
"She is special. You will know her when you see her. See less with your eyes and more with your sight."
Isadora became deathly quite right after as she was hunched over looking limp. That scared Silas into being quick on his feet rather than ask anymore questions even though her last words were an oxymoron in itself.
