Eirik didn't do much during the time he was waiting for his release date.
After all, his plans for increasing his strength can only start after he gets out of the prison.
Though he tried training inside the Trial Space when he was bored with nothing else to do, his Status Window wouldn't budge even for 1 unit.
Not getting any concrete results from it, Eirik decided to just stop training there and wait for his release date.
For now, he plans to go into a dungeon for Grade F Awakened. He wanted to gain experience and become stronger.
As for his retrial happening in 2 weeks? He still has plenty of time. If he could trigger another One-Time Quest like what happened during the soccer match in the sport event, it would probably solve his Status Window. Probably.
Before the night of his release, Eirik decided to return all the Gold Coins he had taken from the Trial Space back. Taking those Gold Coins out through his pockets was not possible. There were simply too many.
But doing so, it seemed like he worked hard for nothing.
Once he was out of jail, there was something he could look forward to. The Jackpot that he won.
Although he could still be rich with the amount of Gold Coins piled up in the Trial Space, getting money because of his luck was still a blessing.

Eirik snapped back from his day dreaming and looked towards the door. Although he had heard those multiple times every time that he went to the bathroom or any other event that the prison had, the meaning of his door opening was different.
The door being unlocked symbolizes his freedom from this prison and a new start in his life.
"Mr. Eirik Grimhawk, it's finally the day you are going out of the prison."
Hearing the words of the Warden, Eirik couldn't help but tear up a little bit. Though he hadn't really experienced much difficulties in the prison, the solitude and the gloomy ambiance made him almost go crazy.
Fortunately, he could go into the Trial Space. Not only at night, but every time he slept at any time. During those, he would count Gold Coins in order to pass time.
During those times, he also tried to Pray to the God 'Fortuna'. But each time he did so, there was no response coming from Fortuna.
As he stepped out of the Prison Cell, he was given new clothes from the Warden.
"Wear this clothes first Mr. Eirik. As you didn't have any relatives to contact, these extra clothes from the storage will be given to you. For your belongings, you will get it after you finish all the processes required in the Release Office."
The only thing that Eirik could do was to nod to everything that the Warden was telling.
Following the Warden, he went to the dressing room in order to change his clothes.
As soon as he wore the new clothes, he couldn't help but gently stroke it.
Finally, he was out from wearing those bright orange clothes.
"New Clothes, new beginning, huh."
Walking out of the dressing room, he came across Speedro. It seems like today was also the day he will be out of Jail. Really a coincidence.
"Hello Spe—!" Before he could finish his words, the door slammed right on his face.
Eirik didn't know he was lucky that the door didn't exactly reach his face or unlucky because he was ignored by Speedro.
"Sigh, this sucks."
Not waiting for Speedro, Eirik went to the office in the prison where he will need to sign documents for his release.
As he went inside the Release Office, the officer gave him a stack of paper to sign.
Looking at those stacks, Eirik couldn't help but complain inside him.
'Why do I need to sign many papers?'
Though it was troublesome to sign many papers, Eirik still complied and didn't really complain verbally to the officer.
Soon, another person came into the office. It was Speedro.
Like what the Officer inside did, he also gave Speedro a huge amount of papers.
Taking all the papers with him, Speedro walked towards an empty table inside the office in order to sign them.
Knowing that he will be just ignored by Speedro, Eirik didn't strike a conversation with him and just focused on the papers he needed to sign.
As soon as Eirik finished signing, he gave the papers to the officer. After that, he was given a box where his belongings were.
Opening inside, he found his phone and his wallet. Getting all his things, he was then taken to the exit of the Prison where a car was waiting for him.
When the car opened, Agent Patel came out.
"I was the one who put you in jail, so let me escort you back in your house."
Even if he still has lingering resentment towards Agent Patel, Eirik still accepts his generous proposal. After all, he didn't have a medium of transportation that could get him out of this remote prison.
During their travels, the two of them didn't have a common topic. Surrounded by an awkward atmosphere, Eirik decided to just sleep and go to the Trial Space.
Arriving in the Trial Space, as usual he found himself lying on a pile of Gold Coins.
Looking around, he found the countdown up. There were still 13 days left for the retrial of his awakening.
Eirik went to the empty spot he had dug. He made this place because sitting above a pile of Gold Coins was quite uncomfortable due to the uneven area.
Sitting down, he faced the pile of Gold Coins in front of him and started counting them.
While doing so, he started thinking about what to buy.
House?
Car?
Bike?
"Or should I buy equipment first?"
Having decided to go inside a dungeon, he should fully armed himself with weapons and equipment. If he went there bare, it was like going there to commit suicide.
With his current Status Window, he was too weak.
"...wake up..."
"Hey, wake up!"
"Eirik! Wake up!"
As the words started to clear, Eirik realized that he was in the car and he snoozed off due to the boring travel.
Waking himself up in reality, he looked around and he found himself in an unknown place.
"Where is this?"
