After a while of exploration and admiration of this world's technologic advancements, Lucas discovers a building with a sign on the top saying "Quests." Walking in, he discovers a long line of people going from the entrance to the counters. Tapping "Quest building" on his new tablet, he finds out that it can give you money for doing certain tasks around the place.
As he is in dire need of money, he doesn't question it and heads in. After 5 minutes of waiting, he eventually makes it to the front of the line.
"Hello sir, do you have a permit? I don't recognize you." The man at the front said. He was buff, but also skinny at the same time. He looked old and experienced.
"Uh, no. I just recently made it here." Lucas responds.
"A permit just shows you understand that there are dangers that may come with these quests. Are you going to accept these conditions?"
Lucas responds with "Yes."
"Well, since you're new here, try these easy tasks."
On the board next to him, there were 3 notes:
[Clean front lawns] [Calculate taxes] [Teach children]
"I think I'll go with the teaching children one."
"Nice choice! Well, I've gone ahead and added that to your tablet. Just click on the notification and it'll show you what to do."
With that, a notification appears on his tablet.
[Task: Go to 3rd Street, 7th Avenue, Teach Children Math]
Going along with the notification came a GPS hologram with blue text.
[Put Eyes Here]
After putting the tablet next to his eye, an augmented reality popped up in front of him. There were now lines connecting the streets, and he was meant to follow them. After taking his sweet time walking, enjoying the cool technology, he makes it to a building:
"Quest School." He admires the architectural design of the building before going in. Entering it, the tablet now says:
[Enter room 9]
Wandering along the hallways of thick glass, in there, plenty of children sat next to each other and talked.
"Attention everyone! I am your teacher for today, and I will be teaching you multiplication." Lucas grandly states. And he does teach the children multiplication, going step by step to ensure everyone has a great understanding.
"Multiplication is just addition, but you do it multiple times"
Some time passes...
"If it says 3 times 2, then you add 3 twice. Can anyone tell me the answer to 3 times 2?"
One student raises their hand and exclaims, "Is it 6?"
"Correct! You all are so smart."
