«[Are you sure you don't want to complete the mission....]» For the first time ever his assistants voice turned as cold as ice which left Ebube stunned, But not for long.
' Ahh...I see, So your finally showing your true colours huh?, Am glad I found out sooner, Chinonso was right you damned things are nothing but demon's!' Ebube chuckled lightly, His voice filled with helplessness and irritation mostly because he hated the fact that his older brother was right more than he hated his crappy system.
When his older brother had returned earlier, While everyone was feasting, Chinonso had made an effort to warn them to be cautious of their systems, He also went as far as explaining what he thought the reason for there sudden rebirth to be.
At first Ebube was against it, he couldn't believe that his system which he wouldn't trade for anything else in his life was made for such a reason but right now he knew that his past thoughts were completely wrong.
His brows creased together in frustration while he gnashed his fangs as he ran.
' I'd kill a wild beast that attacks me without a second thought because there's no reasoning with an animal, but to kill an actual person without even questioning why or asking for reasons is a cruel thing to do!'

' Did you hear me stutter?, Carry your damned mission and shove it up your stinking ass!, I don't give a hoot about your shitty treasure too!' Ebube cursed aggressively before turning his head to look at his purser's behind.
' As for you three...., Though I won't slaughter you, I don't mind collecting some NP and venting my frustrations as well!'
' Tonight I shall kill two birds with one stone hahahaha!' Ebube cackled maniacally within his mind.
To the horse riders confusion, The fleeing wolf before them suddenly turned around before charging towards them.
On normal circumstances they would be ecstatic and happy but non of them felt that way because of the extremely sinister look on the wolves savage face.
They're heart's palpated unconsciously, Seeing such a human like expression on their supposed prey made their faces turn pale with fright.
Before they could stop there horse's to turn around and flee, Their eye's were filled with bewilderment when they heard the supposed wolf suddenly speak.
" Time to test out my abilities....." Ebube's voice sent a shiver down their spine, Never before had they heard a meer beast speak, Though he was far larger than your average wolf they assumed it wasn't much of a problem since he was still a beast.
Though the siblings had conversed with animals before, The truth of the matter was that they could only do so because they where beasts as well.
It was a known fact around the world that only one creature could speak the human tongue besides them, When they heard it speak, only one thought cane to mind.
" It's an EVO!!!!!!" They all screamed with fright!, Their last bit of hope was quickly replaced by despair the moment they came to such a conclusion.

" Defend yourselves!, Shen Wu shoot it!" The horse rider in the middle yelled urgently, his companion heeded his call and shot out a bunch of arrows from his bow, his movements were in complete disarray due to him being in a panicked state causing the arrows to cover a wide range instead of specifically heading for the ferocious black wolf before them.
When he saw the approaching arrows, Ebube sneered at the trio, His scarlet eye's were filled with mockery.
' Activate ability...'
«[ Sand Manipulation!]» Ebube decided to use one of his abilities to block the soaring arrows.
Just like he mentioned before, Similar to his older brother, he also had his own follower who gifted him his own new abilities as well.
Though he struggled to kill a lot of birds while he was babysitting to meet the Evo point count, he still managed in the end.
He willed the sand within a 10 meter range to rise and form a wall in front of him.
The trio felt their scalps tingle when a wall of sand appeared out of nowhere in front of the approaching wolf but before they could despair again, The fleeting arrows pierced through the wall of sand without any hindrance.
Not only where their mouths left agaped
But the black wolf was stunned as well, in the blink of an eye the arrows had emerged before him, Ebube felt his back turn cold at that moment.
It was at this moment that he realized that this was reality not a darn video game, How could he expect to have full control over an ability he got in less than a day not to mention he never practiced with it to begin with.
He might have willed the sand to his desired shape, but he failed to condense it to the needed level, Without any form of defense it was expected for his attempt to fail.
Nevertheless his beastial instinct quickly kicked in, He leaped to the right dodging the arrows but unfortunately at such close range he couldn't dodge every single one of them.
" Arrghhhh!!!" Ebube howled in anguish,
Two arrows had managed to pierce him in the end, One pierced into his right thigh while the other stabbed into his left shoulder blade.
' it hurts!, It hurt's!!!!!' Ebube gnashed his fangs in pain, His body trembling as he struggled to stop another scream from escaping from his throat.
The searing pain from the two arrows was far greater than anything he had ever felt, Let it be known that he was still a simple high schooler after all, He may have gotten into countless flights prior to this but never had he been stabbed and inflicted with such a severe wound before.
