Such incredible regeneration left her stunned, She wanted to inquire about it but on second thought she decided against it, The stranger before her was already in a lot of pain because of her, she didn't want to risk angering him any further.
To Ebube's relief the pain only lasted for a short moment before calming down, He let out a few breaths of relief before turning his attention back to the azure glowing deer before him.
" You better start explaining just who the hell you are or else?" He barked with a low voice while giving her a death stare.
" There's really no need to feel offended, My name's Yifei surname Fa, I am the guardian of Fa village and one of the few Evo beast's within this very forest" Yifei replied with a sheepish smile, She wasn't frightened by his cold stare instead she felt apologetic since it was her fault for pulling so roughly.
" Yeah that still didn't explain why your here" His uncaring voice replied back.
The black wolf suddenly stood up when he noticed there wasn't anymore pain coming from his body, He tensed his muscles and tendons to be sure, his expression only relaxed when he noticed that everything was really fixed.
" Like I said earlier am only here to offer assistance " Fa Yifei smiled lightly with a friendly tone, She hoped that her kind front would allow the black wolf to grow fond of her.
Unfortunately she was wrong, her caring attitude only made the black wolf far more suspicious of her instead, it couldn't be helped, After that brief near death encounter the wolf decided to be far more cautious from now on.
" Tsk!, it's not like I asked for your help in the first place....." Ebube scoffed while struggling to hold back the annoyance in his tone nevertheless.
"Thank you for the help...." He still thanked her for her helping hand, Even if he was angry he still knew when to be humble, His parents weren't ones to raise an ungrateful person.

" Now that that's over with, I better start heading out"
' I still need to level up before the night is gone'
The 3 meter tall black wolf gave a respectful bow before turning around to run off.
After his encounter with those humans and his shrill cry that frightened the surrounding wildlife awake, Plus the extra points he got from Yifei, He had managed to acquire enough NP to evolve to level 3, Hence his current size.
" No wait!" Fa Yifei suddenly called out.
' Of course she'd call me back...' Ebube groaned inwardly.
" Yes?" His uncaring gaze turned around to meet her's, To tell you the truth the black wolf wasn't willing to remain here with this saviour of his, not to mention that he was still hell bent on searching for creatures to increase his level, The suspicious feeling he got from this deer also made him want to leave.
The deer like beast remained silent as if pondering something, After careful consideration she finally decided to speak.
" The real reason I came here was actually to ask for your help" She asked with a pleading gaze, Her enchanting emerald eye's coupled with her graceful looking figure at least made an effort to chip away at Ebube's apprehension.
' Of course there had to be something..., I knew there's no such thing as a heaven sent hero' Ebube sighed, He stopped in his tracks while giving her a silent stare.
Yifei didn't seem to mind his silent stare, instead she remained silent as well, waiting for him to speak.
" Well then?, Aren't you at least going to tell me what sort of help your after..." Ebube asked with an impatient tone that seemed to be filled with annoyance, Nevertheless he didn't make another effort to leave.
Since she saved his life he might as well hear her out, as for whether he would help her, that all depended on whether what she asked for was something within his capabilities.
" Well am looking for someone and I think you might know it's whereabouts"
' Someone she's looking for?, Well this person mustn't be simple, She is an Evo and for her to go looking for someone this late in the night is Abit weird '
' is she going to ask me to help find a missing person from her village or something?' Ebube pondered with displeasure, he really didn't want to go out of his just to look for a sleazy villager right now when he could be leveling up instead.
Unfortunately his thoughts were completely inaccurate for her next word's caused him to jolt instead.
"Are you by any chance acquainted with a scorpion Evo who lives in this Forest?."
" .....!?" Ebube's heart skipped a beat the moment he heard her, Though he made sure to keep his expression calm so as to not reveal anything.
' Why's she asking about Chinonso...., She can't possibly know that idiot right? '
Even if he still looked composed, deep inside he was trying to figure out how this strange glowing deer knew his older brother.
' if she was aquatinted with him he'd be sure to tell us about it, So that means she's not, Then how come she knows him?...'
' I hate to admit it but this girls starting to seem more like a pain I'm the ass.....'
