Eris sat in her castle on her comfortable chair with a hot cup of tea in her hand. Perhaps a person would think that she would be happy, all things considered, but she was not. She was angry… REALLY ANGRY.
Eris had fumes of pure steam coming from her nostrils that was 10x hotter than the tea she was aggressively gulping down… As she finished her tea, she threw the dainty cup across the room until it shattered on a once beautiful painting.
She stood up and paced around her splendidly decorated room like a jaguar enclosed in a Zoo just waiting to pounce and kill. Suddenly, she stopped pacing around and formed a purple phase shield around herself.
Eris blasted off with a jet of light Mana. She flew past the walls in the sea that were manned by skeletal archers and warriors. She flew over the sea in a blur until she came to the mainland of her world. Once over the mainland, she flew over the castle she had promised vengeance on.
Once Eris was above Etin, the capitol city of Alios, she began to weave a Mythic spell with her bare hands, roiling emotions, and Mana from the depths of her Soulscape.
It took a full thirty minutes in the sky, and people began to spot her and what she was doing, but try as they may, they could not escape.
When Eris' spell was done, an enormous meteor fell from the sky. As the flaming meteor hurtled downwards, some people screamed, some people stood silently in awe, while others were still sleeping calmly in their beds. All of them died.
When the meteor hit the ground, the whole city along with its walls were flattened. For miles around, people felt the impact of the enormous meteor. If the meteor had fallen from a greater height, it would have had a cataclysmic effect on the planet…
After Eris had completely destroyed everyone in the city, she zoomed over towards the castle where Gore was sleeping. Within minutes, she was there. She flew straight down and canceled her phase shield before crashing into the ground with a loud noise. KABLAM.
As the dust settled around Eris, she shouted into the cold and crisp evening air. "GORE! Where are you?! COME OUT BEFORE I KILL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS."
Now obviously, Eris could not kill Gore himself due to the binding command that the Creator had given her, but she could kill everyone associated with him.
As a few dozen men-at-arms began to surround her, she glared at them with a venomous gaze. "DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM, YOU BASTARDS?"
The men-at-arms raised their spears and closed in with the intention to kill.
Meanwhile, Eris took a ring from her finger, and she injected Mana into it. The ring turned into a massive spear. That was twice as long as she was and it was so thin that a person would think it would splinter and break upon anything that it touched, but it was made of an unbreakable material.
As the spear extended in Eris' hand, it skewered through both sides of a man's helmet. As she brought her spear to one side and back again, half of the man's head flipped away and blood and brain was laid bare for all to see.
Every single one of the men-at-arms were petrified, and they could not move. But Eris' spear did move, and as it did, the men became corpses faster than they could blink. Their split corpses fell to the ground and their blood flowed upon the dirt where crusted blood still lay from the battle just hours before…
Eris moved past the corpses towards the gates of the castle. She had spotted Gore who was sleeping in a spot of grass that had not been stained in blood. The snoring is what had notified her of Gore's presence.
Eris moved up to Gore and brought her head down to his ear. "WAKE UP YOU STUPID ASSHOLE!!!"
Gore's snoring stopped for a moment, but then he merely rolled over to the side and continued to snore as if nothing had ever happened. Gore was not the typical woods crafty man who woke up to any sound… When Gore slept, he did not wake up until he was fully ready to.
Gore had lived in the palace for far too long, after all he was a prince. He had always been very focused on getting his sleep so that he could grow his muscles and become a better swordsman.
In that way, Gore developed a method of just ignoring everything that happened when he slept… When his mother and father screamed at each other… When his brothers shook him or tossed him out of bed… He had developed a defense mechanism without ever waking up.
In his home, when his mother and father had screamed, he just buried his head down through his mattress, deafening all sound. When his brothers came to beat him up, he beat them back… In his sleep.
Out in the wild after Gore had been kicked out, he had killed hundreds of wolves that way without ever knowing about it until he woke up…
Now, Eris screamed again: "GEEEEEEEEET UUUUPPPPPPPPPPPP."
She screamed with enhanced Mana to the point that Gore's eardrums nearly began bleeding. Everyone else's eardrums sure as hell did…
Gore stuck his head down into the dirt and buried it there before continuing to snore…
Now it was safe to say that Eris was very very pissed. She grabbed Gore's legs, and she was going to fly him back to her castle to lock him up in one of her dungeons, but even as he snored, he stood up and threw a punch with his massive fist directly into her face.
Now obviously, the punch did not hurt Eris one bit, but she was so surprised by his punch that she fell over and hit the ground. As she stood back up, she had a grim look on her face. "Well then GORE. I'm going to kill everyone in this castle…"
She stalked away from Gore with her massive needle-like spear still dripping with the first fruits of the blood she would spill, and there was no one who was safe from her rage, save Gore.
