As Gore unsheathed his blade, he covered it with an extremely thick layer of Aura… Even thicker than the Sword saint's had been.
Gore slashed the wall and created a deep gash… The stones had Mana in them, and they were much tougher than normal stones which is why the tunnels had not collapsed… But Gore did not stop with a single slash.
Gore slashed, slashed, slashed, and slashed again and again until thirty minutes had passed, and his Mana was running low. He had made a hole in the wall though…
Through the small hole, Gore lifted his bare foot and smacked it against the hole with the force of twenty men. Cracks stemmed from the hole and with another foot smash, Gore was through.
As Gore walked into the room, the light from purple Mana torches lit the bloody bodies of Mages on the floor. This room was the bunker of the Mage tower that had been in the city, but most of them had died, killed by Eris herself who had been annoyed that anyone would dare try to escape her wrath.
Eris had merely left the singular woman because the woman had been unconscious, and Eris figured she would die from starvation…
As the woman laid eyes on Gore, she looked frightened, but she slowly stood up and looked Gore directly in his eyes. "Hello stranger, I'm Alice. I am a high Mage of the Etin tower."
Alice blinked and then frowned. "Or at least I was…"
Gore looked at Alice's body slowly and he was not ashamed to look at every part of her even as Alice's eyes followed his own. She had black hair, green eyes, a full chest, wide hips, a muscular body, and she stood at about 6 feet… Anyone would have found her beautiful, but Gore focused on the chest at her feet. "I sense Mana from that. Open the chest up."
Alice looked at Gore with a frown. "This box is full of tower relics. I can't let you have them!"
Gore smiled oddly. "Oh, but your tower is flattened, and you are the only one left… I will give you a choice since the box is yours. Give me the box, and I will safely bring you to Dartmouth, the port city of Alios, or I can just knock you out and leave you in this tunnel all alone again with all of your dead comrades…"
Alice licked her lips and smiled slowly as she slid her hands up from her sides. "There's a third option though…"
Gore could feel Alice channeling Magic power into a spell, so he dashed forwards and smacked her up top the head with the soft side of his palm. Alice slumped over slowly, but Gore caught her in his arms and then softly set her on the ground.
Gore turned away from Alice's unconscious and sexy form to the chest which was far more alluring to him. As Gore flipped open the top of the chest, the purple glow of Mana stones flashed against his eyes. There were five Mana stones inside, as well as a small ring.
Gore moved his finger over each of the Mana stones, and as he did the Mana stones disappeared in a purple flash and traveled up his body to his Soul space. After Gore consumed all of the stones, he slipped the ring onto his finger, and he felt a familiar power from it… It was not his old weapon, but it was a Magic weapon.
A shining green window lit up next to Gore's face, and he turned to actually read the whole thing…

Gore grinned as he read everything. He had become immensely stronger, and he had new equipment. He didn't sense any spells inside the sword, which made him slightly sad, but it was a big increase from the sword he had been using because he didn't have to stick it down his pants next to his dick, and he didn't have to carry all of the gold.
The thought made Gore smile wide. It was an eerie smile that would have sent a shiver down the spine of anyone who had seen it…
Gore looked down at Alice on the floor and he shrugged before walking through the hole he made. Gore was just planning on leaving her there.
As Gore began to use the ring on his finger to suck all the enormous piles of gold from the ground, Alice woke up inside the room. She looked around and heard Gore walking away. She quickly stood up and rushed through the hole in the wall. She shouted up towards Gore. "WAIT!"
Gore turned around and looked at Alice. "What do you want?"
Alice's eyes had widened when she sensed the massive amounts of Magic power flowing from Gore. At first she thought that he was a Scavenger, a bandit, or someone who was just capitalizing on the downfall of the capitol city, but she could see that he was different.
"Please take me with you."
She bowed her head towards him. "I want to know the secrets of a Mage such as yourself. I have never seen someone so powerful… I didn't know the Giant race was hiding such talent."
Gore scratched his crotch as he thought because it was sorta itchy. On one hand, she knew magic… On the other, Gore thought she was slightly annoying… That was when the thought came to him… It would be so much easier to buy a ship if a Mage were coming along for the trip.
Gore suddenly grinned. "You know what… Come along, but know the journey isn't going to be easy… I'm heading to Dragonia after all…"
Alice's eyes widened even further, but then she smiled. "Then I'll be coming along!"
Now maybe Gore had given Alice a fucking concussion, but she had definitely gone bonkers, and a change in brain chemistry would be a plausible explanation…
