The heat was intense.. I felt the plastic of my body melting before me. There was no room to breath, my vision blurred as I fell downwards into the volcano..
"My job's finally done, now nobody stands in my way."
Chronos watched from above, a grin on her face with a quiet chuckle heard to her tone, dusting off her hands as she walked away.
Morell plummeted downwards, though a sight of grace in her figure as she did, landing upon the layer of magma, the lava spreading over her body.
In her time of dispair, seemingly no possible outcome to escape, Morell had a wide grin on her face, an uncommon sight coming from her, as she yelled out.
"You think you've defeated me..!? I never die, Chronos..! Destroy my body, destroy my remains..!"
She let out a laugh, Chronos turning around in shock and anger with her fists clenched.
"Don't you get it.. it's obvious, Chronos..! I'm a doll, that's all I am..! Break me a million timed, I'll always be remade..!"
The volcano was split into hundreds of pieces, completely destroyed as the pieces were blown back away from Morell.
Morell stood back on a chunk of the mountain, glaring back at Chronos with a glare in her eye, her palm pointed out towards her, as her body was pitch black, like a silhouette.
Chronos kept her stance from the strong blow of power emanating around Morell, yelling out as she formed a spear in her hand, her veins growing through her body as she threw it towards her with insane power.
Morell laughed aloud, she seemed to have lost it, her ring glowing almost violently as she began walking forth, rocks flying under her steps as she approached Chronos.
Chronos' spear hit Morell right in the eye, the end poking out the back of her head as she didn't react a bit. It seems something had unleashed in Morell, a dark aura forming around her as it grew stronger by the second.
Chronos' eyes widened, though powered through anger she dashed forth, though she was met to a chop in the shoulder by Morell, completely destroying her bone, as well as stopping her in place.
"Wh-What the hell..!?"
Morell dagged her fingers into Chronos' chest, lifting her up as she struggled around, punching at her face, though Morell merely flinched from each attack.
The pitch black that coated Morell's body slowly faded away, only her eyes kept in a dark shadow as she smiled up at Chronos, then around at the surroundings.
"I see, so clearly now… I've been so doubtful in myself.. Now I see the weakling was you..!"
She dropped Chronos on her knees, stomping on her shoulder to keep her in place, her collarbone shattered on impact.
"Beg for my pity."
She grinned down at Chronos, her sobbed in fear, her words weakly spoken as Morell continued putting down more pressure.
"P-Please.. Spare me… I never sh..-should have challenged you.. You're far superior to me, please..!"
Morell smiled in satistfaction, letting her foot off Chronos, before kicking her off the rock as she plummeted down to the surface.
She turned around, walking forth as rocks flew to where she stepped, forming a stairway down to the surface, back in the city.
"Have I always been this strong..? I'll destroy the Ruler right now..! Wherever she may be…"
Morell's ring grew a monstrous aura, the purple hue darkening as she was no longer the same person, something changing in her.
Chronos quickly returned, her veins growing to a disturbing sight, the ring in her chest glowing vilently ss her eyes turned a deep red, her hair floating in a mess.
"You think I'll die from a mere fall!?"
She grew both a black hole and a white hole in her hands, both at drastic sizes as she slammed them together, keeping them compressed in her fist, before releasing it as a giant beam towards Morell, deleting the space in the beam's path.
"Oh, wow.. Very impressive."
Chronos was confused by the sudden voice, Morell standing beside her, the beam slowly fading away as her hand was in Chronos' chest, tearing the ring out.
Chronos coughed out blood, her eyes bleeding as she was lost for breath, falling to the ground. Morell smirked, looking at the ring, one of a green color, different from her purple one.
"If one ring makes me so powerful.. I wonder what a second will do.."
A drone of Evan's flew down, as behind the camera he was shocked watching Morell, aware of her intent as he slammed his hands down on the control panel, grabbing the microphone as he yelled out.
"Wait! Don't do it..!"
Morell put on Chronos' ring, a bright light shining through the area, the whole universe, though the light ended quickly after starting, the city's power out.
Morell's hand shook, her smile quickly growing to a face of regret, her body incapable of wielding two rings, it all overpowering her.
A dark purple smoke oozed out drom her first ring, a pitch black smile forming in the smoke, covering her upper body, as everyone ran up, surrounding Morell.
Reece, Evan, Bennett and Saturn. The citizens, even Kafka and the Die arrived, all watching in shock, Evan especially shocked as he ran up to her, waving the smoke away.
The smoke slowly flew away in the sky, Morell standing there motionless, no expression on her face as her eyes remained empty, looking directly up in the sky.
"Morell..!"
Reece and the others ran up to her, Evan approaching very slowly, as with hesitation he tapped on her shoulder.
"This power…"
A deep, dark voice was heard from the smoke, as it suddenly flew back into her, her smiling regained as she reached up, rubbing the back of her neck, Evan backing away from her.
"It's too late.."
Morell looked over to them, a dark smoke coming out her eyes and teeth, two purple dots glowing representing her eyes still seen through the smoke as she tilted her head.
"Morell.. is no more. I'll now become the Ruler… No, much more, I am God..!"
She held her hand to the side, her body fading into black smoke, laughing maniacally as Reece ran towards her.
"Morell, stop..!"
Just before reaching her, Morell had faded away into smoke, the smoke disappearing, the crowd left silent.
"Damn it..! Why's she keep disappearing..! Evan, what happened to her!?!?"
She quickly grabbed Evan by his shirt, lifting him up as she faced him, Evan waving his hands frantically.
"She's fine..! Sort of… She put on a second ring, only few people are made to be able to wear multiple rings.. and she isn't one of them…"
Bennett walked up, crossing his arms as he wore a frown, shaking his head, Reece putting Evan down to look at him.
"Yeah, it's an old legend about some guy every thousand years with multiple rings.. But nobody's actually managed to find two rings and see what happens, so nobody knows what actually happens if you wear two."
Reece sighed, crossing her arms as she looked down, clearly unhappy as she then looked around at everyone, her monstrous mass moving to her arm, forming into a rifle as she pointed up, firing a shot into the sky.
"Listen up..! As much as I hate to say this.. New plan, Morell's the enemy now..! But first…"
"Tch.. Well have to find Uvie, I guess…"
