The group looked around cautiously to the distantly heard voice, before hands of a red color suddenly came out of the abandoned phonebooth, their arms extending towards the group as they were dragged in one by one.
The group screamed to the sudden ambush, Reece slamming her fast upon the arm with no avail, as the group all ended up gently placed in front of a castle.
"Where the hell did we end up..!?"
Evan exclaimed, shooken from the sudden event. They all looked around, the area surrounded by walls formed by red hands, the only way to go being the castle ahead of them, Reece slowly walking towards the enterance as the others followed.
Upon enterance, the interior seemed old and dusty, cobwebs seen as all the furniture was covered by sheets, hung aboce the enterance of the room was a giant bell.
"So this is the ruler's castle..? Seems so.. empty…"
Bennett took a camera out.c taking pictures of everythingnas they continued exploring the room, though they were all startled, jumping in place from a sudden sound, a hummed tune heard nearby.
"What was that..?"
Bennett whispered, the group loooking over towards where the humming came from, Reece sneaking to the door as she slowly peaked in, a red headed woman on the other side, sitting at a dining table.
Reece watched intently, the others approaching, though one made bad step, a floorboard creaking as the others gassed, the woman through the door suddenly looking back at them, as Reece quickly shut the door.
"Hello..!"
The group shouted in surprise, turning around to see the same woman suddenly around them, Reece dumbfounded as she opened the door again, the woman from the other room gone.
"Who might you be, entering my little castle..!"
The woma gave them a wide, though slightly eerie smile, giving off a jolly attitude as she held her hands out, welcoming them to her.
Reece approached, getting in the woman's face as she poked her hard in the chest, causing her to flinch from the sudden agression.
"Look, we're not here for your little magic tricks..! We're looking for Uvie..!"
The woman looked at them puzzled for a bit, before her friendly smile returned, nodding as she began to walk off, signalling them to follow.
"Well, then come along, new friends..!"
She began walking through a hallway as they followed, the interior of the castle being quite odd, some furniture on the walls and ceilings, door upside down, it felt like something you'd see in a dreams.
"This place is weird as hell.."
Evan whispered, the others nodding as they stayed quite cautious of the woman, especially Reece and Kafka, having been in a similar situation as the two looked at eachother, frowning before looking back forwards.
The woman opened the next door, leading to a completely empty room, no floor, walls or ceiling in sight, only darkness the eye couldn't see past, as well as a staircase that lead down, before making an end in the middle of the room.
The woman walked down the stairs without care, the others a bit scared to do so, a fall from their being an undeniable death, as Reece was the first to go, the others following sooner or later.
"Hey, the stairs end here, it's a dead end.. right..?"
Reece said, the woman not saying a word, or even turning to her, she simply shook her head no, as she took the final step, assumingly falling down as the group hurried in shock to the last step, though she couldn't be seen falling below.
"Down here..!"
A voice could be heard.. below the steps..? The group looked in oddity, Reece hanging from the step to see the woman walking upside down, on a staircase right beneath them, her eyes widened a bit.
"Alright, alright…"
She stood back up, taking a deep breath as she closed her eyes, taking a step forth off the staircase, as she was moved upside down, now on the steps below, the woman looking back at Reece, smiling as she was already through the next door, and ubright.
Reece walked through the stairs, as awkward as it felt, her heart racing as she felt like she'd fall with each step as she made it to the next door, her body flipping back upright as she landed, breathing heavily as the woman patted her back.
The others made it with a bit more struggle, especially Kafka, her wheelchair being a nuisance, though they all eventually made it, all landing fine except Bennett, who landed on his head instead.
The others laughed at Bennett, mostly to take their mind off how scary that was, the woman helping him up as she walked forth once more, the others still catching their breath before following.
"This place makes no sense.. none of the physics here make sense.."
Evan muttered to himself, this next hallway carrying many paintings, the woman reaching into one as she flipped a lever that appeared in the painting, a passage in the wall opening up as the others stared, astounded by each new trick.
Through the passage was a mirror, the woman walking through it, as her reflection appeared to do the same, walking forth in sync with the woman as it phased through the wall ahead.
The others watched the mirror with interest testing it out as Bennett stook his hand into it, the mirrored hand exiting as Reece grabbed the reflection's hand, pulling it through, the real Bennett being pulled into the mirror on sync.
"This place is a real mystery, huh.. Perhaps this is the ruler's power..?"
Kafka stated, entering the mirror as the others followed in afterwards, continuing to follow the woman.
"Say, what's your name anyways..?"
The woman turned around to the question, simply giggling as her eyes closed, not giving any answer as she turned back around to continue their walk, the others looking confused as Reece raised an eyebrow, her hands on her hips as she was a bit irritated by her refuse to speak.
What remained in their path was a large door, practically a gate as the woman turned to them, her smile growing as she backed away, phasing right through the door.
"Alright, getting bored.."
The others nodded, used to the tricks now as they jogged towards the door, though they all oddly hit into it besides Kafka, the others confused as they felt around on the door, the fake space only being apart of the door, Reece groaning as they all entered through.
The woman was laughing on the other side, tears in her eyes seeing them walk right into the door, Kafka letting out a giggle as well as the rest all looked at them, upset from the prank.
"Kafka, quit laughing, punk..!"
Reece yelled. The woman walked off, it appears they reached the throne room as they watched the woman go up the stairs, standing in front of the throne as she lifted the crown off the table, placing it on her head.
She turned around, her hands on her hips as she stood tall, looking down at them all. The others looking up, her pose and appearance exactly resembling the large painting that was hung aboce the throne.
"Ahahah..!! I was Uvie all along..!!!"
