Aaron closed his eyes for a moment and then swung his daggers… the throats of four enemies were immediately slashed, and they turned to face him, but soon they lost control over their bodies… in the next moment, all of the brainwashed enemies turned to face him.
"As expected…" Aaron thought.
Aaron grabbed one of the enemies before they could fall and then tossed the body in one direction. The enemies fired their bolts toward him, and then Aaron moved, using that body as a shield for a few steps before using Thousand Step again. This time, the enemies looked in the direction that he had vanished, only to see a few of the enemies being knocked down one after the other. Still, they couldn't see Aaron since the area was so dark… That didn't stop them from firing the bolts anyway.
"... They are insane…" Aaron thought.
