Chapter 2 - [2] Alicia

Although Dante knew that he had died and somehow transmigrated into Luke's body, he still couldn't understand how or who did it.

What's more, it even made him a little afraid of his current situation.

There is no need to think too much, it'll only mess up my mind. So Luke it is, huh... I guess I'll play the game for some time.

Clearing his mind from the all shit he had thought until now, Dante, now Luke, stood up, saw that he was wearing a black robe with golden patterns, settled his long silver hair to his back and reached the grandiose entrance of his room.

"I'm fine, Mother," he said in a soft tone as his hands opened the heavy door and his golden eyes landed on the beautiful lady standing gracefully in front of him.

The lady, his mother, a milf, plump to the very core, had long loose silver hair falling all the way down to her juicy hips, her violet innocent eyes looked at him with a motherly gaze. Her height was a little taller than him, reaching almost 175cm. She was wearing a black gown that had intricate patterns on the corners. On the other hand, those emerald shiny earrings made her look like a goddess in his mind.

"Luke, are you sick? Did you just wake up? You scared me, you know! I... I thought something terrible happened to you..."

The lady, or rather Alicia, asked one question after another, which caused him to look at her with wide eyes.

"Mother, I'm really fine. I just had a nightmare... And I'm not feeling very hungry because of that."

Luke said in a low voice. His gaze landed on the huge boobs of his mother. And, a plan already materialized in his mind.

"No, my baby!"

Without understanding how, Luke discovered his head nestled against her soft, jelly-like bosom. Alicia's hand softly touched his head as she said in a concerned voice, "My baby, I'm sorry... Do you want me to stay with you? No, I'm staying! Wait here, I'll bring the food too. You can't have an empty stomach while I'm with you... "

Just as she finished talking, Luke noticed that Alicia's figure had disappeared right in front of his eyes.

Such a thing would have freaked him out in his previous world, but now it only made him lift a brow in amazement, that's all.

Indeed! There is magic in this world. Witnessing it first-hand is better than recalling all of it from Luke's memories.

But...

This guy has crippled Mana channels...

Hmm, whatever. I'll find a way to fix them.

Oh, right. His sisters are talented lasses, and great beauties too... What a catch!

Hmm... They are at the Royal Magic Academy currently, I see.

That's why Luke got poisoned and died.

From the memories,

he thinks that his cousin, Arthur, the First Elder's grandson had poisoned him last night because of being jealous of his sisters.

What a headache...

Even though his mother is a Third Star Magician and also an elder in the Clan, and his Father also being a Fifth Star Magician directly serving His Majesty, someone had the nerve to poison him so blatantly.

Poor bastard...

I guess I'll just play along being Luke and all... Ah, right. There are multiple races in this world... And that includes many beautiful ones too, like Elves, Dragons, Sirens and many more...

Walking into his room Luke drank water, sat down on the chair and began to focus on the Magic theories of this world. He had obtained the Original Luke's memories of sixteen years so he didn't have to go all the way to Clan Library to understand the basic concept of Spirituality and Mana.

So, Mana is present in everything.

It's a magical energy flowing inside every being. But, it's not usable at all.

I see.

Here comes the interesting part.

This unusable Mana inside everyone is also known as Spirituality, the spiritual energy that helps Magicians absorb Mana from outside. Just like how everyone has Mana in them, the land we live in also emits Mana into the atmosphere... This Mana isn't free to use but can be effective once Magician absorbs it inside their Mana Chamber. Mana Chamber is present inside the heart and everyone has it since their birth, even a little ant too.

But, it doesn't matter.

All this process depends on the Mana Channels and the Spirituality of a person. Because, if one has a huge amount of Spirituality and has good Mana Channels, their Mana absorbing speed would also increase too.

Oh, shit. Luke doesn't have any Mana Channels! No, he has, but it's crippled. Crap! No need to feel sad about it at the moment, as I'm uncertain whether they will remain the same in the future.

Hmm. Once successful in absorbing Mana into the Mana Chamber, then comes the most important part. This Mana, unlike the one's own Mana, has many properties.

One will be able to use marvellous spells and can have a powerful strength as their Mana Chamber evolves with time. The power ranking has been divided according to the amount of Stars one has around their Mana Chamber. If one has a single star, they are First Star Magician and so on.

Stars can be achieved as one gains enough Spirituality and insight into the Mana Chamber and Mana over time.

"Sigh... I think I understand all of it now. But... I didn't think that there would only be a dozen or so high-ranking Magicians in this world. Why are they so low? Is it because of the low amount of Free Mana in the surroundings or is it because there are some conditions to break through into the higher rankings?" Luke muttered to himself.

After that, he contemplated all the information and little details about his Clan and himself, and thus, a few minutes had already passed.

At that moment, Luke heard faint stepping sounds coming from the outside and looked at the entrance of his room, where his Mother had arrived holding a huge roasted bird on a plate.

H-huge!
