Esther sat up the whole night staring at nothing really. Helel woke up the next day feeling awful, the sleeping mother didn't even hear him get up from bed. He stood behind the old rusted window of the room and stared at the people moving from one end to the other, either going to their work places or traveling ahead of the town to do business. The road was always busy during the daytime and cemetery at night, due to the knowledge of night creatures in the land. "You are awake!" He heard his mother say and he still didn't move from his position, " you were asleep" he said before turning to look at her, " you not supposed to stay up because of me" he said when he realized the dark circles that had formed under her green eyes. She chuckled softly before getting up from her seat, she stretched out her once folded bones and even cracked a few of them.
Esther came closer to Helel and had urge to touch his hair, he was changed again! It happens when ever he transforms and this time around he looked more grown with his hair reaching his shoulders, even darker than before with some strands turned dark red. It looked amazing and unnatural and she wondered what the town folks would say now, as much as she was trying to his her child and make him blend between, he was just not normal! Her stare made him chuckle. "Am looking different again right? At least I can feel my hair on my shoulders, what else mother?" He said already feeling horrible, would he ever be normal, who was he lying to! Esther touched his cold face and shook her head. " Nothing much, you have... just grown more handsome, no c-changes my son" she tried to make him feel better but it never made any sense because he would find out even just after she left his room. She left as he thought and he turned to look into the old short mirror located at the corner of his room and he looked in awe how his features had changed just because some damn vampire kid pushed him too far. He had even become more muscular even at his age and his hair was... amazing! Wait, what was he going to tell the people about the sudden change in his body. He pulled out the small knife from his side pocket and grabbed the whole of his hair and took in a deep breath before cutting it down, he held the cut part in his hands looking at how it turned into ashes in his hand. Warm liquid flowed from his nose and he pushed back, thinking he was catching a cold which never happened since his childhood. The liquid dropped unto his palm and his eyes widened, he was bleeding? That never happened because he was not normal, he healed faster than a normal vampire, Helel had never seen his blood drop like this. He wiped his nose with the back of his hand seeing the blood still ooze out from his nose and even became uncontrollable, followed by the sharp pain he felt and weakness all of a sudden, he couldn't even open his mouth. He wanted to call his mother but it never came out of his mouth, he fell to the floor and struggled to breath. He could hear the voice of his mother but was so faint and far away and he just laid on the cold floor, " he was okay some moments ago, then I left to bring him something to eat and....." Esther shivered and couldn't form her words right, her grib on lady Norma's hand hardened and sh couldn't hide her worries anymore. Forneus stared at the boy on the bed, " he was not supposed to cut that hair....." He said before shaking his head.
The pure blooded demons do not try to change what they were back in the underground, it only made them go through pain immense pain that could even lead to their doom. If he kept on bleeding like that, he would go dry of blood and might kill if he were to wake up, Forneus spoke after a lot of thinking. " I have to take him to see the council, that's the best option at the moment" he said Esther's face turned sour, she didn't want her child to be taken away from her. She looked at lady Norma who didn't seem too worried, she looked back at Forneus and the silence made it hard for her to think, " what? No,no!" She finally said something and she felt lady Norma squeeze her hand softly. " The council can help your son, lady Esther! Nothing more, he needs to understand the kind of world he is in now, not everything cannot affect him.....now, he needs to grow up" Forneus said before he looked at the ladies with pleading eyes.
The next day Helel was taken to East Carvin, were the council was hidden in an underground house. They stared at the boy who was now awake but weak as a sick human, his pale lips trembled yet he kept his cold gaze at each one of them in the room. "When was the last time he fed, Forneus?" A deeper voice sounded and vibrated the place, Forneus bowed his head slightly before he spoke. " He had been on dietary products, as long as I know.....his mother fed him animal blood" Forneus ended and the room was still quiet, the man with the deeper voice started laughing which made the rest of the council members laugh along. " What! Animal blood? Were they planning to kill him already!" He said still laughing. "Toby, get in the maid!" He ordered and the man named Toby walked out of the room. " Lord Typhon, that was not their intention I believe, his mother wanted to control him to prevent him going rampant" Forneus said and looked down when the man named lord Typhon came out in the light, he hated the light of the day because he was a turned vampire but was born of pure demon blood. His skin burned at the touch of the sun rays yet he didn't flinch or go back into the dark, his greyish white hair fell perfectly on his shoulders and his face would have looked great if not for the burns on his skin. " So it helped right? Ah! Maybe it never did, because now you brought him here. He's not just anyone, I believe you all know that?" Lord Typhon said and they all nodded. The maid came in with a physician, they both bowed their heads and waited for the head of the council to give his orders. " Check the prince!" Lord Typhon said before he turned to walk back into the dark side of the room. The human maid and the vampire physician went to take a look at the boy placed on the long table located at the center of the room. The physician frowned when he felt the strange power and strong aura of the boy, he didn't dare ask anything or say anything, he just checked Helel's pulse and other vitals needed before he looked at the maid with a little concern, " he needs to feed!" The physician said before he stepped away from Helel and the maid. The maid stepped closer to the boy and brought forth her arm showing her wrist to him, Helel stared at the human and still didn't move. Forneus came to help him into a sitting position but he just couldn't sit, his bones hard given away and he whimpered because of the pain he felt through his whole boy. " You need to help yourself boy" Forneus said yet Helel was not looking at the maid, his mother had said that to take blood from humans was so cruel, why were they forcing him to do that. His gums were already hurting and his stomach kept squeezing up every now and then, making him take in deep breaths. Forneus cut through the skin of the maids wrist slightly and blood dropped down, finally gaining a groan from Helel. He had never drunk blood of a human and that too directly from the body, how would he do that. He looked at his godfather and he nodded for him to go ahead, the maid moved even closer to him bringing her wrist to him. Forneus grabbed her wrist and brought it even more closer almost touching Helel's lips and the boy slowly licked the blood on his lips, feeling something new on his tongue he closed his eyes when he felt the skin of the maid on his lips and he opened his mouth to taste a little more blood on his tongue. He sucked on her skin tickling her even as he did, when Helel noticed the blood was not flowing anymore, he felt the urge to sink his protruding fangs into her skin and just as he thought his fangs sunk into her skin to receive a loud scream from the maid and she struggled to be free from their grasp, but then Helel now grabbed her even closer that their bodies were touching. He suck her as fast as he never thought he would, his eyes still closed he kept drinking from her. Feeling her once fast heart beat dropped down and down till he couldn't feel it anymore, she dropped on him and he still held her tiet, still sucking her blood. The people in the room looked at him in awe their jaws dropping down, the boy sucked the maid dry as if he had gone Savage, Forneus stepped away from him, far enough from the boy who was still sucking with his claws out. Helel retracted from the maid and realized she was dead, he slowly raised his head up to meet the shocked faces of the council, he licked his lips to clear any traces of blood and he looked down at his hands. Staring at his claws and he dropped the dead maid on the ground, he was scared because the lady was dead, that too by his own hands. Lord Typhon had a smile on his face, " you don't need to worry about the human, she herself understands the situation and will be honored for her long service and hard work to us. Now...how do you feel?" He asked and Helel raised his head to look Lord Typhon. Thean had a small frown on his face, he was well aware of the kind of creature the boy was, Helel could see right through the soul of Lord Typhon. He got down from the table and cracked a few bones, putting things back in place within his body. His hair had grown back to his shoulder level with some strands turning dark red which glittered under the light of the sun. He said at him trying to say something but he pushed down, " whirlwind?..." He managed to say and Lord Typhon stood up coming a bit close. " What?" He asked slowly, Helel looked at him even more careful, "I-i can see through you, you are a whirlwind or?" He asked innocently. Lord Typhon nodded, " yes, but here in the human realm, I prefer Typhon! It means the same thing... what are you then?" Lord Typhon asked after introducing himself. Helel looked at his palms,now with his claws gone he had nothing to admire about his hands again, "I-i don't know" he said slowly shocking almost everyone in the room except for Forneus who had heard the boy call himself Orobas. They actually saw right through him and knew his origin, just by a look at him and was shocked the boy didn't know....he was not just a vampire demon but a high leveled creature, he even owned a seat in the underground and was actually higher than the members of the council. " That's okay child, we will help you if you need our help" Lord Typhon said and went back to his sitting position, Helel turned to look at Forneus who gave him a small nod. Seeing fire burn from within Forneus, Helel knew that was what he really was...fire or maybe, an oven because he could feel the heat right from where he stood!
