After the intense battle against the Corrupted Spirits and Deity, which lasted for hours, Narra cleansed the entire area.
As the sunlight touched the Big Bell Prison, it slowly melted away. The bell emitted golden lights, revealing the cleansed spirits and deity of the falls. The spirits and deity now glowed with a golden light, appearing peaceful and serene, a stark contrast to their previous dark and frightening appearances.
The cleansed Corrupted Deity approached Narra.
"Thank you, child, for your help and for believing that we could be saved," the deity said.
"We are grateful for your help, Narra, and we apologize for the harm we caused you and everyone else," the deity added.
The deity then raised her hands, and glowing water formed in her palms. She scattered the water around, cleansing everything it touched.
Afterward, she returned to the falls and stood at the center. She manipulated the waterfalls, causing them to part and give way.
Bormana, the deity from the jar, expressing relief as she embraces her sister Tyche, the Deity of Fortune.
"Tyche, I'm sorry for everything I've done. I thought I had lost you," Bormana said, showing genuine remorse. Tyche responded with understanding,
"Sister, I forgive you. You were just a victim in all of this."
Bormana turned her attention to Narra and Chief, flying over to them.
"I want to thank these two, especially you, Narra. Thank you for saving us," she said, her gratitude evident as she smiled and patted Narra.
Bormana then introduced herself and her sister,
"Narra, this is Tyche, the Deity of Fortune, and I am Bormana, the Deity of the Healing Springs." Tyche continued,
"I'm Tyche, the Goddess of Fortune. I'm connected to the shrine you visited and prayed for protection."
Narra took out the bead that the Deity Nemesis had given her, and as she held it, Nemesis emerged.
"Nemesis!" Bormana and Tyche exclaimed in unison.
"Sisters, it's good to see you again," Nemesis greeted them warmly.
The three sisters engaged in a conversation, catching up after being apart for a long time. Meanwhile, Narra gathered plants and wood as instructed in the book she held, preparing for the next stage of her journey.
As Narra worked, Chief approached the deities, holding a monkey in his arms.
-----------
The Chief approaches the three deities to request their help for a brave monkey that protected Narra. With respect and sincerity, he asks for their kindness and assistance.
"Your holiness, we asked for your kindness to help this brave monkey that protected Narra." the chief said politely.
Bormana speaks first, expressing her remorse for the wrongs done to the monkey and praising its bravery and intelligence. She believes the monkey deserves a generous gift as an apology and reward for its courage.
"I deeply regret any harm we've caused you. Your bravery and intelligence deserves a generous gift from us as an apology." said Bormana while looking sadly at the monkey.
The three deities gather around the monkey, who floats in the center of their circle. Bormana announces she will grant the monkey a portion of her power in the form of regeneration, enabling it to heal and recover quickly.
Bormana: "I shall bestow upon you a portion of my power—a gift of regeneration."
Tyche follows, offering the monkey the gift of luck, which can help the monkey navigate challenging situations and succeed in its endeavors.
Tyche: "And I will bestow upon you the gift of luck."
Nemesis, the final sister, bestows upon the monkey the gift of incredible strength to protect itself and Narra.
Nemesis: "I shall grant you the incredible strength to protect yourself and Narra."
The three deities offer their gifts to the monkey, which raises its hands high in gratitude and spins as it receives their blessings.
Once the blessings are complete, the monkey runs towards Narra, filled with new strength, resilience, and fortune.
Meanwhile, Bormana extends her arm towards the water of her healing springs. A goblet filled with water gently floats towards her waiting hands.
Bormana offers a goblet filled with water from her healing springs to the monkey and instructs it to drink.
"Drink this water, Monkey," she says gently.
The monkey hesitates for a moment, then takes the goblet and drinks the water, and after a moment of freezing in place, it hands the goblet back to Bormana.
"The water you just drank is from my healing springs," Bormana explains as the monkey hands back the goblet.
"From now on, you will have the consciousness of a human and be able to talk."
The monkey blinks in disbelief.
"It tastes good, but everything is crazy," it says quickly, gesturing towards Narra.
"Crazy things happened when I decided to go with you. Are you a trouble magnet?"
Narra chuckles, slightly taken aback.
"I guess you could say that," she replies with a grin.
"But I'm glad I could be with you on your journey, Narra," the monkey continues, its expression turning earnest.
"And I want to thank you, deities, for giving me these gifts." the monkey said gratefully.
Bormana then approaches Narra, offering her the goblet.
"This is yours," she says, handing it over.
"This goblet will help you on your journey. It can produce healing water that cleanses poisons from your body."
Nemesis steps forward, presenting Narra with the Psychostasia Scale and Spirit Coins.
"This is Psychostasia Scale, this weighting scale this will help you if someone wants to have a deal where you are in disadvantage and also these Spirit Coins, these are imbued with my power and can aid you," she says, passing them to Narra.
"And I have something for you too," Tyche adds, handing Narra a ring.
"A ring of luck. May it bring you fortune on your travels." Tyche said
The Chief interrupts and acknowledges Narra's role in resolving the long-standing problem and congratulates her on her successful first mission. As a reward, she is given the capital for her business, helping her in her future endeavors.
"We will also pay you for resolving this long-time problem," he says, a note of appreciation in his voice.
"Now you have the capital for your business, and your first mission was a success. Congratulations."
"Thank you, everyone," Narra says gratefully, taking in the significance of the moment.
She then summons her book and carefully places each item inside, ready to embark on the next chapter of her journey.
