Upon entering the store, there's a lot of exhibition of employees testing out a lot of different kind of Nanotechnology. From just casual clothing, armor, spacesuits, even to the extend of weaponry.
"Welcome to Paolo's Nanotek! What can we help you with?" One employee notices our appearance and immediately handle us.
The Employee looked at me and then Thea also looked at me, indicating that I should be the one talking about what I want. So, I stated what I need "I'm looking for a particular Nanotech that is used for creating an Armor and Spacesuits along with its helmet."
"Ah! That particular material is right this way. Please follow me!" She guided us toward a particular exhibition of Nanotech, which is specialized in Interstellar Journey...
I observe the exhibition immediately, it seems like the Nanotech that is available is weaker than the one that Victor and Thea wear... Meaning, there's a lot of different kind of Nanotech material that can be utilize to create these things.
"This is the Nanotech that you are looking for sir. These Technology is specifically design to create spacesuits and armory to a nanotech. The way it work is you melted the material you want into an alloy and then pour it into the machine, the machine will then add in a compound of Nanobots and then you can use the workbench on the side of the machine to control what you want to make then." She explained simply. I take a look around the machine and it's definitely pretty big, but not as big as my Furnace...
Then I started to think about how can I automate the creation of Nanotech because my projects will required a lot of Nanotech...
"Miss, Talking about Nanotech material requirements, is there something more advanced than these machine right here? Since, I'm planning to create a nanotech based on the material, Mystic Nature Gem."
"... Eh? That is... Impossible with this machine, sir..."
"I know. That's why I asked for a more advanced machine. There's no way that you only have a basic Nanotek Machine, right?" I look past her and then looked at the machine, then I look at the System in front of me.

That's what it's called. The term Basic means that there's something higher than basic.
When silence falls the employee, Thea then sigh and asked "Can you call Paolo here? It's easier for you to let Paolo handle us right now."
"B-But Miss... Sir Paolo is a busy person right now... He's currently handling some guests from faraway that requires all of his attention." The Employee tries to reason with Thea but Thea just tap her shoulder and replied "Tell him Thea Kaizen is here and she demanded a payment of debt."
"... Y-Yes Miss!" She didn't know who Thea is, but didn't want to take the risk of Paolo hearing about Thea appearance and getting fired from the job... She left and then I looked at Thea who suddenly turn into a meanie again.
"Sorry Captain... But, sometimes it's necessary for me to threat people."
"No, no. Don't be sorry for being who you are. We're all people and have our own situation. Even I would do the same thing if things doesn't go smoothly." As someone with power, it is necessary to utilize that power as leverages in situation where things doesn't go smoothly.
The longer we hold onto that leverage, the easier it is for us to utilize those leverage. I don't know what Thea demanded, but it's better to not get those payment so we can keep these leverage on Paolo.
But, I decided to wait for Paolo to come here to further observe what kind of person he is...
3 minutes went by and finally, a small old guy appear from the crowds and bringing quite the crowd with him. The first thing that came to my mind is, This guy is not a normal guy.
Not only that he's an halfling, he looked quite good looking for an halfling. What I mean by that is that, he seems younger than he is... I know that he's old because the air he has and also the experience that I can feel from his gaze. That's why it is interesting.
"Well well, If it isn't the former vice captain of the Abyssal Null Knight, Madam Thea Kaizen. It has been a while since we meet, madam."
"Cut the small talk, Paolo. I am not someone who likes small talk. I'm here for business and I demand that you do my Captain justice right now." Thea takes the lead in the conversation and then step back to let me be in front.
Paolo looked at me with a judgement look. It's easy for me to see that he's judging me because of his sharp eyes. "You're young. Younger than Madam Thea and definitely younger than Victor."
I just sigh and then looked him deep in his eyes and then muttered in a pretty intense tone of voice. "My age to become a captain is irrelevant. The truth the matter is, I survived an Interstellar Ark massacre. Surviving in the galaxy with limited resources. If there's anyone who is capable of becoming a captain, it's most definitely me. A Merchant like you, have no right judging me."
Thea immediately came to my side and no one realizes that she's standing right beside Paolo and her sword is already set right on his neck. "Paolo. I saved your life once and will not hesitate to take it. Disrespect my captain once again and you will not leave this exhibition alive." As soon as Thea said that, Paolo raised his hands and then smiled.
"Okay, let's talk business shall we? I do apologize for the sudden judgement that I'm making. Just know that I mean no ill will and just want Madam Thea to be in a good place." Paolo scoot away from Thea's sword and Thea take her sword away and then quickly moved back toward me.
"You have nothing to worry about. But, I want to talk about business right now. Can you take me seriously?" It's time for me to put on the pressure once again. I haven't got all day.
Paolo nodded in agreement "Very well. Follow me then, sir. Let's talk in a more private place."
With that, Me and Thea... Follow Paolo toward a private room to have a more leisure talk...
