"Hey, wait up," Trunks called out after Melody taking her completely by chance. To his surprise she turned around and looked up at him. He's much taller then her own 5f2.
Goten nowhere to be seen, most likely resting elsewhere. Majuub quickly joined the purple haired male. The stranger is looking at her as if she's the drink that could quench his thirst. Trunks on the other hand are shamelessly trying to undress her with his eyes. Melody quickly noticed the young lad's intention. "We're all celebrating tonight, join us?" Goten asked slumped against a pole exhaustively, in the process gaining everybody's attention.
"You should be resting, Uncle G," Pan complained loudly. Melody turned herself around to look him straight in the eyes. Her heart splintered into a million pieces, seeing him in his tattered state. Nothing else in the room is of any interest to her, her eyes sees only his handsome figure. All eyes averted in the blonde's direction. "It's on us. Let loose for a while, you deserve it," Bulla spoke beside her, thus pulled her gaze away from the dark head's.
Goten knows that rest is the best medicine, apart from Saiyan Beans, but to receive one of those he needs to fetch one from his father and he can't risk not seeing her again. She doesn't seem to receive the same kind of affection from the rest of their small group as she's obtaining from Bulla and the guys. Might she be messing around in forbidden territory? Goten flashed her a kind smile which made her heartbeat exhilarate.
Goku entered the penthouse and took his stand behind the winner. "Go on and have yourself a merry evening," he spoke up catching her completely off guard. He smiled delightfully down at the young girl, would couldn't be much older then Goten. "Starting tomorrow, Vegeta and I will take you under our wings. Show you the ropes." She nods at him. Goku looked at the three guys, including Bulla, who've been trying so hard for her to say yes and here he comes along and just like that she agrees.
"Grandpa, you're such a smooth operator," Pan said but she's not as thrilled as she makes it out to be. Melody thanked her idol wholeheartedly for the opportunity. "Let's meet up at the Yama-Rama, say 7o'clock?" Pan said with a coy smile which didn't go unnoticed by the others.
She nodded for a second time. "Are you sure? There are many other places where we could hang out," Bulla tries to change her mind. Melody being the considered one spares the atmosphere of any unnecessary dread and said with a smile: "It's fine, really. I don't mind, as long as it would be a night worth remembering." Bulla sighed in defeat. "Oh, don't you worry about that, it'll be a night that you would never forget," Pan assured her with an evil little grin.
The guys soon realized what the little devil had up her sleeve and why Bulla tried to cancel the original arrangement. The lads too tried to persuade their new companion, but she just swiped it away with the back of her hand before excusing herself from the penthouse.
"What's wrong with that place, isn't it just a pizza parlour?" Goku asked his son as soon as she was out of distance. "On a regular account, yes, but—Saturdays after nightfall, it's karaoke nights for new comers," Goten informed his father. He pinched the bridge of his nose in slight frustration, "PAN!" She stopped in her tracks as she was trying to dodge her grandfather. She swallowed before saying all innocently: "Really? It's Saturday already, I must have lost count of the days." With that being said she quickly left them behind in a hurry.
