I wake up in a very soft bed but not willing to open my eyes just yet,might as well sleep some more. Mmm it has a good scent I'm covered in sheets and my pillow is really soft. Wait,why is my pillow smooth! I reach my hand to feel this pillow only to touch flesh,taught skin some great abs and manly boobs. Wait!what! MANLY BOOBS!!!
I jolt up awake and find myself falling off the bed with a loud thud.
Aw! aw!
I hear loud laughter coming from the bed. Looking back, Adrien from the beach is there laughing uncontrollably,it's beautiful though it looks like he won't be stopping anytime soon. He has beautiful teeth and his laughter makes me forget where I am for a minute.
I somehow get up from the floor and sit back on the bed and tell him to stop. He listens and tones it down
"Good morning handsome or rather Good afternoon since it's already 3pm" he greets,his voice husky must have woken uo not so long ago
"Good afternoon to you" I greet back,avoiding eye contact. I've just woken up,can't afford getting embarrassed for looking longer than I should.
"Umm how did I end up here! Last I recall I was at the beach. Did you by any means carry me here!?" Please tell me he did not I'm a grown man. I can't be carried like I'm some baby it's so d-
"I carried you here,you may have not noticed but it's a beach resort. So I checked us in and about sharing a room you told me to hold you and never let go. So that's what I did"
'I did what! Please let him be kidding let him laugh and tell me it was prank. No he is dead serious ughh when will I stop talking in my sleep. How did I even end up this way'
"Please say something,you're worrying me. Atleast be bashful a beat,tell me I touched you inappropriately or someth-"
"NO!" I shout cutting him off "Please tell me nothing happened,I didn't do anything outrageous or demeaning in my sleep" Now I was shaking with unshed tears
He reached for me and held me in his embrace. With my face in his neck while sitted between his long legs,I found myself crying even more. Breathing in his sweet oceanic scent,I let myself relax. His strong yet gentle aura was calming for some reason I don't know.
Had it been someone else I'd be repulsed but I find peace in his presence. I don't let my mind linger longer as I come back from my mini panic attack.
The thought of having done anything sexual with a man seemed to shake me from the core. I couldn't do it not when I'm unconscious atleast.
"Nothing happened gorgeous. When we got here,I removed our clothes and kept the boxers on so that we can have fairly clean clothes to put on today" Adrien explains.
Sighing in relief,I pull away from his warm embrace and thank him.
I walk into the bathroom,take a shower and get back into the room to change back into my clothes with a towel wrapped around my waist ,another on my head mindlessly trying to dry my wet hair.
Adrien's eyes snap back at me,he has beautiful eyes. One is blue and the other Grey almost looks like silver. I think I have a thing for eyes and his keep taking all my attention without even trying.
I hear him chuckle lowly and give him a glare I could muster up. He caught me staring again. Ughhh I groan internally
I grab my clothes and change back into them as he also does the same. As if on cue,room service arrives with our breakfast meal at a quarter to 4 o'clock.
"Here's your meal as ordered sir,please enjoy" the guy says handing the food to Adrien. I notice his eyes lingering a little longer on Adrien's bare torso. Can't blame him though,his chest got me,a straight man, staring several times. Adrien notices the guy's blush and closes the door. He then brings the food to the table where I'm sitted.
After eating I tell him that I need to go back to my condo and rest up. He seems surprised but doesn't say much so I wait for him to grab his phone, then we head out.
At the reception,I pull out my card to pay for the posh hotel room only to be given a simple 'never mind'.
Did he pay for the room,for me a stranger he met at the beach!? Something's definitely off about him,I can't pinpoint it but he screams otherworldly.
I walk to my car,setting it to ignition when Adrien asks me to give him a business card which I do,he writes his number at the back and gives it back.
"Call me whenever" he says with a wink.
Is he being flirty now! Anyway I tell him that I will, though I know I won't.
We say our good byes and part ways.
I drive back to town where my condo is. I need to get some more rest and keep cutting off the outside world for as long as I want.
I call Alya my P.A to reschedule all the board meetings for next month."If anybody asks you about my whereabouts tell them I'm on a vacation in East Africa and the reception in the mountains isn't good so they shouldn't try to reach me out. Send me documents that require my approval via email I'll be going through them. That's all"
I hung up and set my phone to Do Not Disturb,changed into my silky pajamas and snuggled in my sofa watching movies on my TV with salted chips and popcorn for the rest of the night.
Oh to be a couch potato!
