The next day, Amy created a barrier using her construction ability by creating crystal balls with enchantments and placing all of them buried around the dorm, creating a protective barrier around the dorm. She made two more like this in different areas. Her powers are not strong enough to stop anyone from coming in if they are stronger than her but it is enough to slow a person down enough to evacuate and enough to alert the professors who are much better and skilled than her. Leon has kept quiet of the incident despite Rufus trying to pry out of him. Rufus only told her that Leon has no intention of reporting this.
Leon has been quiet over this whole thing but he is still the same and told everyone he shattered a pitcher by accident. This surprisingly brave, reckless and hardened boy is not at all afraid of virtually anything. Amy is beginning to believe that the cold facade from that night he showed momentarily is his true self. In both the manga and show, he is cheery and playful almost to the point of being annoying. The first time she ever saw this mask of his was his adult self in the manga before his battle with the Cambion. She saw bits of flashback of some people who met Leon. He was stoic and full of intimidation. He is still a child as he gets along with most people but he has the makings of a god.
Amy sat at her seat training her ability with Viola. She tried to think of who that person is. She didn't see anything, not even a body. Leon just erased him out of existence without even trying to find out who he is.
She then stopped once she reached her limit and looked to see Viola, hard at work. With the barrier, pet project feeding off of her power, she has far less than her sister. Viola is still believed by everyone to have more power than her.
There are a lot of factors she could think of the Intruder. There is one thing she is quite unsure of; the window. Leon was standing by the window. He definitely fixed it so she isn't sure if it is an entry or exit break. Leon is undeniably angry and he wouldn't break his own window if he could erase the intruder out of existence meaning that the intruder must have broken in.
Now the whydunit.
She knows nothing about the person. If that person has a weapon then it's an assassination. If it's just to create a commotion then it is to scare Leon and possibly create an incident that will go public. They did come in through Leon's room of all places. Someone probably wants him out. But as for the reason they want him out is not entirely sure.
Now the identity.
Foreign leaders are the first thing in her mind. Their opinion on Leon are not clear. No one considers him a threat yet. Getel and Karnei are out of the picture. Hekaton and Damat could be responsible but they would've been more creative than that.
So it has to be someone in Solin.
The Royal duke hates Leon but not to the point of wanting him dead even if it is for putting his grandson on the throne. The nobles do not wish to kill the prince and he has no siblings hence no rivals and power play but the news of wanting him out of the academy paint a clear picture of their intentions. It is possible they would do this but breaking in and framing themselves on assassinating their country's only prince is treasonous, difficult and risky. No one would set themselves up like this. Then that leaves...
Her breath hitched.
Oh, she thought.
It is a possibility but she has no evidence to prove that. However, this made her even more uneasy because it looks too easy. In the story, there are a lot of conspiracy, both said and unsaid. Because she is in the story's past, she understands how much of it is twirling or weaving in the shadows right now. Amy is not smart enough or sharp enough to see through this but the manga has at least made her understand that not everything is as it seems and predict minor details. If only the manga said something about the Academy's past that would give her clues; ANYTHING.
Leon wishes to enjoy school as much as he can but someone wishes to disrupt that. That is more than enough to piss him off.
I try to see Leon as his older self too much. she irritably thought. Amy then stared at Viola. "Hey, I need to ask you for a favor."

Rufus looked at Leon in his room after classes where he sat by his window.
"They knew which room you're." Rufus says in a daunting tone, "Amaryllis probably figured out by now but she's keeping quiet about it."
Leon threw something at Rufus which he caught with both hands and saw a poorly made dagger with a gilded hilt.
"It's fake."
"I can see that." Rufus murmured and examined it. The blade is not sharp but it can still stab someone with enough force. It is most likely stolen from a scammer.
"So that person is trying to convince you that badly?"
Leon's expression didn't change. "He's a scout."
Rufus looked at him. "Scout for what?"
"I made that window to be loud whenever someone tries to break in. He broke in but he looks surprised to see me awake and aware. He tried to attack me and run away but then I saw that fake dagger. Only nobles would be able to tell. If he wants to kill me, he would have used something else."
"Then that raises the question. What are they after?"
He shrugged. "Who knows?" Then Leon motioned Rufus over and gave him something which got Rufus shocked. "I think you might be able to figure it out on your own."
