To many people around talking and listening to each others; the mentors are looking for the best in this group of people. It's the first day of school and the selection of teams is in its way; five people from each team or mentor.

The mentors are ten this time, this year is special because one of the mentors is very strict and also difficult to please. Mr Smith, one of the mentors, is in his early thirties and this year is his third time selecting a team. The others mentors are more easy going people and the way of selecting his/her team is more like who looks good, influence and acting cool. Mrs Bech the headmistress of the school is here also, she wants to be sure this year selection is going according to the school's rules and regulations. But most important Mrs Bech is here because of Mr Smith. The others mentors are Miss Brown a beautiful lady, in her late twenties, that only way of selecting according to their popularity. Special male students; so she open the school system to see who they are. Mrs Green is a easy going lady in her late thirties; for her is important families name. There is a set of twins, Mr and Mrs Armstrong. For them is important money, so only the students from rich families backgrounds. They as well open the school system. The other five only looking for students that make them to look good and have a chance of success. So their names were as normal as the students they select.

"Students please take your seats and keep silence," Mrs Bech said, "welcome to the selecting team assembleding." Each student takes his/her seat according to the number given to them at soon they enter the forum room.

Mr Smith is looking at the students with a cool smile in his face; no revealing his thoughts in any way. "Well, well, well. I see some positive things; but…" Mr Smith thought, when he can feel something within the students in front of him. "The selection process is very simple but also fare in terms of selection," Mrs Green explains to the students. "In front of you will be a system, its beginning as the same for everyone, but at the end of this week you will see the results."

Mr Armstrong continues saying, "so pay attention to the assignment and to the homework, as well as the information give to you all each day." Students begin to talk between themselves and try to understand what the adults are saying. Mrs Armstrong stands and explains how to open the system to the students. Everyone is taking notes, but Mr Smith sees five students taking notes but also its seems checking each one of the mentors.

"To open your system is very easy. First the number that was given to you before enter is a bracelet, please put it on your dominant hand," Miss Brown said. One hand is rise, Miss Brown looks at the student, he looks like a ordinary person; so Miss Brown sees a little anointing and asks a little to hard, "what part is not understandable for you young man, hmmhm."

"Well," the student said, "I'm can uses both hands. So it'll be difficult to select one." At the same moment another hand was raised, "me too; excuse me Miss, I have the same problem." Mr Smith stands up and ask in a very interesting way, "how many of you are able to use both hand? Please rises you hand." From the group of fifty students only five rise their hand. "Well this is going to be a very interesting year," each of the mentors thought. But Mr Smith only said, "you five hold your number with your right hand and check it twice. Like you want to trop it, but don't let go." Everyone look at the five students, they get up and did as they were told. To everyone will see how the number became something in their hands.

Mr Smith asked, "who told you to stand up, I only ask to check up your number?" The only female student answered, "yes, but you said: 'check it up twice like you are going to trop it, but don't let go so…" A third male student continued, "so, we need to stand up if we need trop it or something else. So what is next."

Mr Smith look at the students with a question in his face for some seconds and continue with the instructions. "Now open your hand and look at your number. It would look like a pin, put it the left side of your uniform, please." Mr Smith get back to his seat and reapply with his back to the students,"and take your seat." But the last male student in the group ask, "okay, that means we need to keep pinning every time we change and keep safe at night, right?"

Again, Mr Smith turn around and look at the students. "You're right, the system can be altered if someone else touches it. So what is your solution for this problem?" And turn his back again to the students.

The rest of the students have put their bracelet and can no see a solution for the problem. The five students look to each other and undo the first three bottoms from the shirt uniform and do as they were told. Pinning their pin in the left side of the uniform, but as soon the pin made contact with their skin a glow can up and almost make them go down to the floor.

The pin became part of their body, like a birthmark. Mr Smith touched his left side with his right hand and turn around one more time. "I have my team, the selection is over for me," with a smile and took his seat, but the words were only for him and other people did not hear the statement.
