Helen began to cry uncontrollably. It felt like an eternity when she atlast somewhat calmed down.
She again passed out and did not wake-up untill next morning.
She didn't asked anything to anyone after that and continued to recuperate in her Master's care. By the time all her internal injuries were healed, she had also calmed down somewhat and began to accept the reality. It took her almost a month to start walking.
Regan check Helen for the final time before declaring her fit and decided to send her home.
Child there is one more thing I have to tell you please try to be calm, Regan asked Helen, who was sitting on her bed holding Alec's hand.
She smiled bitterly. " what else could go wrong master? I had already lost my Energy core itself. Is there anything painful to here than that?" She asked him.
Regan took a deep breath and looked at her, tears in his eyes. You will not be able to conceive anymore.
Helen felt her mind completely go numb. After sometime, she got up holding Alec's hand. "Thank you for saving my life master, Helen bowed her head slightly to Regan and started walking away from his house. Once they are outside. Alec helped her get into a carriage and sat next to her with his left arm over her shoulder.
Helen slowly asked. " My parents also passed away on that day, haven't they? If not they would have definitely be their by my side." Tears slowly started trickling down her cheeks once she figured this out.
Alec tightened his grip on her shoulder. " You were the only survivor that day. And until your master treated you personally, there were no guarantee that even if you would live or not.
After a long silence Helen asked him to take her to see her parents. Alec expected this and had already instructed his carriage driver to take them to Helen's parents final resting place.
The carriage came to a halt after half an hours of riding. Alec helped her get down carefully and supported her to get to her parents grave.
Helen stood their for sometime crying. Then all of a sudden Helen said, "Alec, I don't want to stay in this place."
Alec even expected this and he was planning to move to Green Town with John, who was from the same place and had his family members and even his wife's family was also from the Green town.
What made Alec surprised was Helen's next sentence. " I don't want to stay in Green town either. "
Let us go somewhere, where we can live peacefully. But not to any other city or town. Helen requested him.
Alen was silent for a long time. "Are you sure about this? I can even live in a forest surrounded by wild beast. But will it be ok for you?
Helen nodded her head and looked at Alec. He can see the determination in her eyes. He sighed and let out a long breath.
Okay, I will accompany you wherever you want to go. But before that you have to heal completely. We have to get prepared before leaving.
We have to do something about you parents House and assets. Settle all our affairs here meet our friends and then we will start our journey. Alec told.
I am okay with that Helen said. Let us take care of everything and then leave this place.....
An old lady can been seen wiping her tears in a small hut after recalling old incidents.
Alan held his grandmother's hand tightly. I am sorry grandma, I didn't knew you had suffered so much.
Helen shook her head sadly then controlled her emotions and turned towards Alan.
After that we left my parents house and their assets in John and Elizabeth's care. It took us more than 3 days to convince those two to let us leave Green town.
We went around the Winden region trying to find suitable place to settle down for nearly 8 years. Then we came to this place. Before settling down here, we went to wenden city one last time to see my master. He gave me an envelope and a small wooden box and asked me to go through its contents once I reach my destination. We then went to Green Town and met John and his wife Elizabeth. They were parents to a 7 year old boy by that time. They were very happy to see us and we spend few days with them this time.
Alec gave John the map marking the place we were planning to settle down and then we came back here, to the place we call home.
