With those last words Devan's vision blurred and he was back outside staring at the rock he always used in his training.
To make sure it was not all a dream he swung his saber with all his strength at the rock causing the sword to sink into the rock for about a quarter a metre a feat which Devan previously could not do at all.
Taking a deep breathe Devan sat down and tried meditating while willing himself into his divine realm as he could sense he had one.
On opening his eyes he was floating in space and he could feel the area all around him like it was a part of him , there were planets scattered in this empty space and they were circling a basketball sized red sun that represented his Blood elf cultivation and power which was what the other planets based as a mid point.
He could feel the planets and sense every inch of them even being able to freely control , move and change reality on them but they were all currently out of his reach but still he could tell each planet represented a different divinity he had.
It took about an hour but soon Devan once again appeared in the clearing having cometely understood every inch of his divine realm , as of now he had resolved to first familiarize himself with his Current form and begin his cultivation as a blood elf before trying to connect with his divinities and assimilating their abilities.
Thinking about the orb it suddenly appeared before him so he tried studying it but when he touched it scattered into light which immediately shot into his body and his vision became blurry before going dark.
Meanwhile a cocoon of Dark crimson energy wrapped his body while it underwent evolution due to the bloodline he had received , during this process a large scorpion tailed panther in search of a meal came across Devan's cocoon.
Obviously as a beast it could sense the amazing bloodline Devan was assimilating so it's natural instinct was to kill and grow stronger but immediately the panther pounced off its tree branch to kill Devan the cocoon surrounding him shot out a dark crimson tentacle which stabbed into the beasts torso before draining it dry of all it's blood.
As a dry husk of a corpse collapsed on the ground the cocoon dispersed revealing a disoriented Devan.
Still slightly dizzy Devan opted to go to a nearby pond to drink some water but on reaching and staring into the water he was shocked by what he saw.
His once handsome face was now even more dazzling though it has still remained below divine standards it wasn't far off and his skin had also slightly darkened making it look almond similar to the pure blooded wood elves, his body now looked slightly taller with slim but toned muscles.
His eyes were now deep crimson and he had slightly longer than normal fangs plus a shoulder length mane of pitch black hair.
Studying the changes for a while he checked the most important part of him next and was glad to find his much larger but still manageable member proudly hanging in wait of any opportunity for action.
Giggling abit at his own thoughts he dismissed them choosing to first focus on growing his strength , the sun was still shining overhead so if wasn't yet time for him to return homehence chose to meditate.
Now with his reconstructed magic talent he could see the Mana particles floating in the air and begun trying to absorb them only to feel his body reject them.
The thought of being tricked and placed under an illusion crossed his mind but he knew no illusion could create such a vast collection of memories from deities who had each lived for hundreds of thousands of years.
Taking in a deep breath he focused on his bloodline studying it and begun to understand it.
The Dark Elven blood progenitor bloodline was a very high grade bloodline capable of allowing one to reach the demigod rank with little effort and allowing one who put in alot of effort to ascend to the Minor God rank at maximum.
The bloodline could only be cultivated with the special bloodline technique which requires one to drink the blood of beings that use Mana inorder to cultivate ones strength.
As one grew in strength they would unlock bloodline techniques and even innate skills while strengthening any abilities , techniques and innate skills they already have.
The ranking of power for the bloodline was different and currently Devan was only at the Halfling Blood elf rank and needed to cultivate through ten whole stages to surpass that rank and become a full fledged Blood elf.
Since he had no blood right now Devan chose to first check the ring and see what it was only for it to bind itself to him immediately he scanned it then he senses a Subspace of sorts within it.
The subspace wasnt exactly big but was enough to fit over 100 elves within it though they would die due to lack of air as it did not support life at all.
The subspace contained five items which were a staff with a dark crimson gem embedded at the top , a pair of pitch black daggers with a pure crimson blade , a barrel about half the Devans height plus a bracelet studded with green and red gems and finally an ancient looking book.
Willing the items out of the ring Devan begun studying all of them calmly and only managed to understand the use of the Barrel and the ancient book.
The Barrel was for storage of liquids that easily spoil and it was currently full meanwhile the tomb contained some sort of technique for Vampires but since Devan had not yet begun his cultivation he stored it away along with the other items leaving only the barrel out.
Obviously he was not yet sure what the barrel contained so he first tried activating his innate skill only to notice that it had been strengthened by a large margin and had other functions now other than deciphering truths from lies and seeing through objects.
But even with his skill he couldnt see through the barrel so now the rest was just going to remain up to fate hence he opened the barrel.
