"It's me," Helios uttered right beside her ear and her hands stopped immediately. "Let me hold you like this."
"You scared me. How long have you been here?" Eliana sighed in relief, placed her hands on his own, and leaned backwards on him.
"I just got here. It was my luck to have you coming out of the bathroom fresh and clean like this," he kissed her neck and hummed in satisfaction. "You are tense," he noted.
"Who wouldn't be?" she peeled his hands off and stepped away from him. "How did it go with the police?" Eliana saw the slight change in his expression and thought it might not have gone as planned. "They are still sending a bodyguard, aren't they?"
