Chapter 5 - Earth

After looking closer and making sure that it was flawless, He then sent the vessel hurling straight down to Earth to revive it and to restore its inhabitants. The vessel, despite only being a clone, is something that was still godly and divine, having His powers over creation. As the Supreme Entity of the Universe, there is no reason that would require Him to personally descend into the mortal world. There wouldn't be, would it?

"Lucifer and his men are already there?" He gawked jokingly, looking at the sight that his clone was projecting to him, "Who even expected that?" Of course, He did.

Within the Holy Temple, at the time that the universe began its reconstruction, a little less than a minute has passed. Of course, none of them even noticed any irregularity as, in their eyes, The Zenithal hadn't even left his position above. The divinities, angels, and the Princes of Creation were groveled on the ground in worship as The Zenithal's overpowering consciousness remained present for all to endure and savor.

As for The Zenithal's consciousness outside, He went and descended upon the world of Earth. Looking around, the damage that was made by the chaos and the merge was evident. It was nothing but barren; faint remnants of buildings sprawled around like grass, dried patches of dried blood spread throughout, remnants of different civilizations from all the universes, etc.

In contrast, one patch of land— a walled hill— was an oasis of life, abundant in resources and energy. It's way of rejuvenation was incredibly slow. Unsurprisingly, at the time he appeared inside the world, the abundant energy of creation and life that was seeping out from him had already began rejuvenating the ground. Considering that, it was imaginable what was going to happen as soon as his foot touched the ground.

The entire Earth, rejoicing in His presence, grew flora and fauna in all of the places. Of course, it was all regulated by His Will, so it did not grow that wildly. If he did not regulate it, flowers would have started spontaneously growing on clouds.

This fact made it evident how weak his clone here on Earth still is.

He descended near the walled hill, in front of the golden gate leading into the oasis.

As He got closer to it, the gate started opening itself for Him, as if knowing who He was and welcoming Him into its full embrace.

Inside, He was greeted by a heavenly garden that was filled with life. There were waterfalls, rivers, and ponds flowing with divine water, beautiful insects, fruit trees, flowers, and a lot more that made the place look like Heaven on Earth. It seems that the clone had used the Garden to rejuvenate life here on Earth. By letting all species live here for a period of time, such an event as an extinction would be avoidable.

While walking, He was greeted by everyone, animals, insects, and even the plants. Still, He noticed that there was something wrong. It was as though it was missing something.

As He was walking, He soon noticed that at the side of a stone, several humans were cowering in fear, wearing nothing but leaves and bark.

"Where are we? What is this place? Why is there a talking snake here?" He heard the humans cry in cluelessness.

They seemed to be staring at the huge tree in front of them, where a huge snake was hanging down by a similarly thick branch. Its eyes were blazing like fire, looking at the humans with amusement. "Yes, yes! Feel the fear and confusion creep up on all of you as you realize that all of you are being hoarded like sheep! Hahaha!"

While it was enjoying the humans' predicament, He walked calmly towards the tree before placing Himself in the middle of the humans and the demon. Seeing Him, the demon hissed with anger, "You!" It growled in a thousand voices.

"Legion." He spoke with authority.

Immediately, the snake shivered in fear, not just in the mind, but fear that creeps within its soul. "How?!" It screeched angrily and fearfully.

"How?" He chuckled coolly, "Does Lucifer think that I, his Father, wouldn't expect this kind of move from him?"

"Did he think that just because he created a new being from the thousand fallen divine souls that I wouldn't be able to exert my authority over it?" He stepped forward, walking near the tree.

Cowering, the snake slithered back down from the tree and retreated. "Tell this to him, Legion." He said to the thousand-souls spirit. In response, the snake stopped.

"The time that he tried to take over The Holy Temple, We had already severed our ties with each other. Let it be known to him that The Holy Temple would never tolerate any evil behavior done to creation, even if he was a Prince beforehand." He then swatted his hand, banishing the snake from the Garden.

Next, He turned his attention to the cowering humans. His clone had to erase everyone's memory of the past, considering the devastation that they had witnessed.

At first, they were only peacefully living their lives inside the garden, without ant care for the world. Unfortunately, curiosity got the better of them. The handsome person that was letting them stay here said that they could eat anything they like inside the garden as long as they do not enter the vineyard in the center of the garden. Despite the previous warnings, they entered the vineyard and even ate the grapes of the vines.

As soon as they did so, their memories of the past returned. Seeing their bareness, they hurriedly tore leaves upon leaves to create temporary clothes for themselves before leaving. After stepping out the vineyard, a snake slithered above them and talked, saying how they were so easily manipulated into entering and eating the fruits within the vineyard. Their souls were attacked by the snake, and together with their guilt, they couldn't even think straight.

And now, a being made of infinite light appeared in front of them, something that was physically and logically impossible for them. Because of that, their minds became sluggish completely.

"Leave this place." He commanded.

Easily, the humans stood up and ran straight and left the Garden, hitting themselves while mindlessly repeating the word "leave".
