When all of them had left, He pulled out a hair on His head and gave it to His clone who had appeared behind him.
When the clone received it, it suddenly burst into flames before it grew and turned into a huge flaming sword. He turned around and said, "Protect the Garden. This can still be of use." After saying that, He went to the walls of the garden, watching the humans fall down one by one as they get past the gate.
Once all of them were out, they all then gradually woke up, voicing out random sounds, with men picking their own mates while casually fighting one another. It seems that their civilized minds were wiped out, returning their minds to mere cavemen.
Looking at the squabbling humans below, He spoke, "It's time for you to do your job."
"Yeah, yeah, I know what to do." A very recognizable voice responded, "Father."
He turned and looked at the man who replied—lo and behold — Lucifer himself. The rebel that staged a coup in the Holy Temple. With his hands clasped behind his back, he asked Him, "Is what we're doing really necessary?"
Silence.
Lucifer then asked, "What if they all die before they can create the new generation? Wouldn't that mean that your plan would just be for naught?
"Fate is infallible." He replied without care. To that, Lucifer sighed and pitied humanity's fate.
"Anyways, after I do this, can I be absolved of the crime I did not willingly commit?" Lucifer turned to Him and asked quite randomly.
"Why? Do you still want to stay here? Are you not content with being a ruler of your own domain?" He asked calmly, "You are powerful, my son. A direct offspring of two Gods. Your power alone exceeds all of your siblings, and you have the potential of even exceeding me. You are worthy of governing a dominion of your own. Soon, you would even be able to manage your own universe."
"Well..." Lucifer clicked his tongue, "It's great and all.."
"If I'm not tasked of taking care of those annoying creatures whose intellects are worse than small-brained imps!" He spat in spite.
"Treat this as training for your future endeavors. As for those mindless runts, just let your commandants and the Scarlet Powers that was transported into your domain to manage those kinds of beings. Just like how a King lets his nobles manage the peasants, only talk to those with intellect. It's that easy." He responded with a confident yet normal tone.
"Tsk." Lucifer couldn't even refute and resumed watching the humans. "I wish we could return to those days where we can go and play chess whenever we wanted." He said to himself.
"We could." He looked at Lucifer with a smirk and responded before looking back at the humans.
Lucifer only smiled, but later realized something. "Wait." Lucifer's eyes widened with shock, "Do you mean that you want to use the humans as chess pieces?"
"I didn't say anything, you said that." He shook His head, "Evil." He added.
"You!" Lucifer gawked, losing his composure.
"So long, my son! Let's establish contact every now and then!" Not letting Lucifer complain more, He vanished from the Garden completely, leaving an annoyed and furious Lucifer below.
This was the start of the turning of the cogs of creation. Death loomed around every single human as the beasts of the outside world ran rampant throughout the ancient Earth. Demons, the fallen divinities, often interfered with the lives of the mortals, and even helped them establish civilizations, some to spit in the presence of an "Evil God".
Of course, there are some demons whose conscience got the better of them and introduced the humans to the God of The Holy Temple, he who was benevolent and kind enough to let all existences, good and evil, live within His great dominion.
Time went by over the entire universe like an unstoppable river. Many civilizations rose and fell, yet one kingdom skyrocketed to the position of an Empire, holding authority over several different dominions.
The Nephtal Empire was a dominion that was directly governed and powered by Demons and its descendants. A great amount of its population consists of Demons and their offspring and, well, slaves. One could say that it is a literal Hell on Earth.
The Empire, with the combined power of the Demons that had been existing since the ancients, easily manipulated the weak and mortal humans into submission.
A thousand years after the banishment of mortals from the Garden, weeks after its establishment, the entire Earth fell into the hands of The Nepthal Empire.
The Evil Demons spoke of the importance of proliferation and reproduction, and that all the demons of this world must relax and have fun and just continue to increase their numbers while the humans work hard to barely live.
Soon, Earth became a haven for harassment, r*pe, and other kinds of sexual and immoral actions. The Demons, amused by these humans, reproduced with them despite their incompatibility with each other, one being a mortal while the other, a divinity.
These "reproductions" would, of course, always result in one thing; the death of the mortal and the rise of a Nephilim. Even if the mortal partner was the one carrying the sperm, they wouldn't be safe, considering that the female Demon would force her way into the man just to become pregnant.
The existence of the Nephilim became a craze to the Demons. A trend, as one might call it. Soon, humans became a commodity to the Nephtalian Demons. One needs to buy them just to reproduce a Nephilim.
Soon, the numbers of the Nephilim grew rapidly, reaching seventy to ten thousand Nephilim in the span of just a year.
Whilst all these was happening, as the Almighty Ruler of All Existence, He was watching from the Holy Temple, within the Crystal Gates.
He was waiting for something. A prompt, to be exact. Of course, while waiting, He was also giving orders to the Princes of Creation and some other selected divinities.
The Princes and the divinities that were informed of the creation of the new universe were ecstatic. Although they were confused as to why it was needed to be hidden to the others, they still complied with His commands.
Mikael, especially, was dying to descend and slaughter all these cockroaches that had spread throughout the lands of the Earth. Gabriel was like the owner that was pulling Mikael's leash and preventing him from wreaking havoc.
Gabriel feels that the moment of descent is near, and that they should be patient. Whenever he says that, Mikael grumbles and mumbles to himself begrudgingly.
And soon enough..
