Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Capturing the Drug Lord

**On Min-Jae's Side**

As Min-Jae emerged from the police station, panic and nervousness consumed him. Without hesitation, he started his delivery scooter and swiftly departed.

"I survived today. If I hadn't praised the Huntress, I might not have made it through."

Unbeknownst to him, Captain Lee and her team observed his every move as he left the station.

After his release, Min-Jae went to his workplace—a seemingly ordinary facade for his not-so-ordinary activities. Aware of the dangers in the drug trade, he decided to act as if nothing had happened, throwing off anyone who might be tailing him.

Leaving his scooter at work, he took a bus directly to his living quarters, cautiously checking for signs of surveillance. Finding none, he entered his home, locked the door, and sighed in relief.

In his secure space, Min-Jae collected his thoughts, acknowledging the dangers he faced for being involved in the drug trade. The mention of "The Huntress" sent shivers down his spine; he had heard stories of her ruthless pursuit of justice. Once inside his home, he locked the door and, with heightened alertness, settled in to have his dinner—a simple cup of ramen.

While eating, Min-Jae contemplated his next moves. Should he lay low and avoid further involvement in the drug trade?

As a drug dealer's pawn responsible for delivering narcotics, Min-Jae faced a dilemma. The day's events had rattled him, prompting thoughts of withdrawing from the dangerous drug trade. However, he was well aware that leaving wasn't as simple as it seemed. Having taken loans from the drug syndicate, they wouldn't allow him to quit easily.

Despite the fear gripping him, Min-Jae was determined to sever ties with the criminal world. He knew the Huntress, Ji-Won, was on their trail, and being caught once made him reluctant to continue being a pawn in this dangerous game. He decided it was time to take a risk and escape the clutches of the drug syndicate.

Knowing that he needed to inform his boss about the situation, Min-Jae braced himself. He realized the boss would likely know he was apprehended before making a delivery. Fearing the consequences of not providing an explanation, he planned to meet with his boss and reveal everything that had transpired.

Gathering his courage, Min-Jae prepared to face the consequences of his actions. Little did he know that Captain Lee and her team were silently watching his every move, patiently waiting to uncover the bigger fish in the dangerous drug operation. The chase was on, with Min-Jae becoming a key player in the unfolding game between law enforcement and the criminal underworld.

"He seems to be going about his routine. Let's keep a close eye on him," Ji-Won instructed her team.

"What are you all waiting for? Let's move on," Ji-Won said to all team members. With orders given, all the members of her team started moving, and Ji-Won joined them; she couldn't afford to miss this.

As Min-Jae finished his dinner, he steeled himself for the upcoming meeting with his boss. He knew that this encounter could determine the course of his future, and the risks were high.

He thought that from leaving the station to the apartment, there is no suspicious person following him. It seems like the Huntress really let him go. So he decided to go to his boss's place, but before that,

"Hello, ASAPSunset," Min-Jae dialed a phone number from his mobile phone dialpad.

"Okay, I understand," the receiver said something to him, and then he ended the call and went toward the gate of his apartment.

Leaving his apartment, Min-Jae took a taxi and made his way to a secluded spot where he could meet with his boss discreetly. As he walked through the dimly lit streets, he couldn't shake off the feeling of being watched. The weight of his decision to break away from the drug trade pressed heavily on him.

On Ji-Won's side, she and her team were going toward Min-Jae's location, following the tracks using the GPS.

"Can you find different roads to the same locations?" Ji-Won asked Eun-Ho.

"Yes, ma'am," Eun-Ho said affirmatively and showed different directions for the location.

"Okay, according to the directions, take one you prefer, and I am going to take the road of Min-Jae to follow him," Ji-Won gave instructions to them. With the location tracker as the center, they started to move in different directions to not leave a backdoor way for Min-Jae.

We saw that they all were ready to move, and

Upon reaching the rendezvous point, Min-Jae found his boss waiting in the shadows. The air was thick with tension as he began to explain the events at the police station. He detailed the encounter with Captain Lee and how she had released him, leaving his boss visibly displeased.

When Min-Jae goes to the location, there he saw the gang member and the person he talked to earlier. The person is also sitting there, and fierce-looking people are standing around. Min-Jae is very nervous, and sweat is dripping from his forehead.

"Why did you use the secret code to meet with us? Did you want to explain why you did not be able to complete the delivery today? Looks like you forgot what type of work you will be doing," the person who is siting right to side of the person who is in the middle has been looking at Min-Jae since he first entered the room said this to him. There is a different expression on his face, neither angry nor happy, just a simple straight question with a very cold face.

Hearing this there is Silence from Min-Jae Side because he saw something which make him regret to his decision to coming here
