Chapter 20 - Genghis Khan

Year 5576

Ten years have passed since the reincarnation of Genghis Khan, now known as Tengis Batu. He has risen to become a squad leader in one of the hunting squads of his tribe.

Despite his young age of ten, Tengis appears to be a man of twenty. This is due to the special traits of the beastmen, who, although living in a tribal society, have an advantage over other races.

One of the most prominent advantages of beastmen is their rapid rate of reproduction and maturing.

On average, a beastman can have around 30 children in their lifetime, which to be honest is still to much.

Those who have reached the master stage and above and have increased their lifespan can have hundreds or even thousands of children.

This gives them a significant advantage in terms of numbers, making them a formidable force.

Moreover, beastmen have the unique ability to mature at a much faster rate than other races.

Take Tengis, for example; at the age of ten, he already has the appearance of a twenty-year-old. This is because of the beastmen's DNA, which also contains traits of beasts.

As a result, their growth is remarkably rapid compared to other races.

In addition, if a beastman's beast bloodline is more than 60% pure, they possess the extraordinary ability to transform into the beast whose DNA they carry. This gives them an edge in battles,

In a forest, a group of Beastmen was hunting beasts, such as deer, lions, tigers, etc.

The group was led by a man with long black hair and golden eyes, who could be considered quite handsome.

After a successful hunt, one of the Beastmen, who was in his bear form, approached the man leading them and said, "Captain, we have got enough food for today. Should we return?"

Tengis, whose hands were still stained with the blood of the beasts, replied, "You guys go ahead. I will come in a few hours." Saying this, he transformed into a lion and ran away from the spot where he was standing.

The group of Beastmen also returned with the corpses of the beasts.

While Tengis was running, he suddenly transformed back into his human form and sat on the trunk of a tree that had been cut, starting to think about his plans for the future.

Then he suddenly said, "Hey, God, are you watching me right now and having fun by watching me fight to the death with these beasts?"

He said this while looking at the sky and then added, "Come on, man, replying to me one time won't hurt you." But nothing happened.

Then he thought about the God he had met before being reincarnated. That God had long silver hair, eyes as red as blood, and a face so handsome it was indescribable.

The god was sitting on a giant gate, and when he saw Tengis's soul, he grabbed it and said, "Go and give me some entertainment," then threw Tengis into the giant door he was sitting on. After that, Tengis was reincarnated.

Tengis still got shivers down his spine when he thought about that god.

When he saw the god's eyes, he felt that nothing was hidden from him, and Tengis could be killed with just a thought from that god.

It was the first time Tengis had felt fear, the fear of losing his life. He had never felt fear in his entire life when he was Genghis Khan.

For now, Tengis's first plan was to unite all the tribes of the Beastmen and create a kingdom. He had around 10 more years to prepare himself, as the battle to decide the new ruler of the tribes would happen in the next ten years.

Tengis also wanted to destroy the dark elves because they were the reason the Beastmen tribes were never able to unite. Just like what happened in his past life with the Mongolian tribes, the Northern Jin dynasty was just like these dark elves. Just because the Mongols and Beastmen lived in tribes, they thought they were inferior to them.

After spending some hours in the forest, Tengis transformed again into a lion and returned to his tribe.

Ten years later,

Year 5586

Many things happened in the past 10 years. For example, Tengis was able to reach the Master Aurist stage.

At first, he was shocked by how quickly he managed to reach this stage, as even for the ultimate geniuses, it would take decades to achieve this level.

However, Tengis accomplished this in just about 15 years after starting Aurist training. He then realized that God who had reincarnated him might had given him some talents.

The battle to select the new chief of the Beastmen tribes also began, and Tengis won most of the battles.

However, the last battle was quite difficult, even for Tengis. His opponent was a Master stage mage, and their battle lasted for hours before Tengis finally defeated the mage.

In a deceitful attempt, the mage tried to sneak attack Tengis, but Tengis severed his hand by manifesting some aura swords and then crushed the mage's skull, killing him.

After the battles, Tengis was declared the new chief of the Beastmen tribes. By the end of the year, he convinced most of the high-ranking members of all the tribes and formed a kingdom called the "Mongolian Kingdom" or the "Kingdom of Mongol."
