After the funeral, Liam was taken back home by Connie because she was now his legal guardian. They both sat in the back with a driver driving them back to her home.
"I hope you remember the schedule you had before you left, Liam because it is the same as before you left," she said, but he didn't respond to her. "Or did your father erase everything you were taught before he took you away from me?"
"I didn't forget any of your schedules," Liam replied sounding nonchalant. 'I don't plan on following them though,' he thought.
When his siblings saw him, they were enraged, but didn't let it show. "Is something wrong with Dad?" Mary asked innocently and out of worry.
"Dad is dead," Liam replied smiling.
Both siblings sneered at their younger brother. "Don't joke like that," Mark said harshly.
"He's not joking," Connie said smiling as well. "Your father is dead."
