Soon, the carriage carrying Leo and Rose entered Crimson City with great speed. When the citizens saw that it was Crimson's family carriage, they all made way for it. The carriage did not slow down and quickly headed toward the Crimson Estate.
It was very quiet in the carriage. Rose covered Leo's body with one of the clothes she bought, and she continued monitoring his breathing.
Unbeknownst to her, Leo's body had suddenly increased its passive absorption of the surrounding light mana, which it was using to treat his wound. His neck, abdomen, and leg were almost fully healed, leaving only superficial wounds on the surface.
On getting to the Crimson estate, the carriage ended straight at the mansion where Leo and his mother were staying.
When they arrived there, Rose alighted from the carriage, with the coachman assisting in carrying Leo as they headed directly into the building.
As they entered the courtyard, a beautiful-looking woman in white clothes and a young woman in maid clothes were sitting down and discussing. The beautiful-looking woman was Clara, Leo's mother, and the young woman in the maid's clothing was Anise.
As the courtyard door was opened, the two women discovered them carrying the unconscious Leo's body and quickly came up to them.
"What happened to my son? Rose, what happened to Leo? Why was he unconscious?" She asked Clara in a trembling voice as she faced Leo.
Anise ran towards the coachman and gently took Leo's unconscious body away from him. As she collected Leo's body from him, the coachman quickly left after greeting both women.
"Good day to you, Lady Clara," first greeted Rose before she began to relate the whole incident that made Leo like this to them.
She began with how she met Leo on his way to the carriage building, how they went to Redrush City, how they were stopped and attacked by Adamson and the three youths, and how she killed Adamson and Burton, the youth that wounded Leo in retaliation.
Clara didn't say anything upon hearing the full story. She only told Anise to carry Leo's to his room. On hearing her command, Anise rushed with Leo in her arms to his room along with Clara and placed him on the bed, while Rose nervously waited outside the room.
"Go and prepare the bath; be ready to wash his body." Said Clara
"Ok, sister," Anise said, nodding her head in confirmation before exiting the room. She called Clara her sister in the absence of other people.
Clara was a light mage. Light mages were a special kind of mages, as their element equipped them with the ability to attack and heal others as healers. Being a light mage and also being the daughter of Alina's family, one of the greatest healer clans in the whole continent, Clara also possessed some healing capabilities.
She inspected Leo's body using her light magic. As she continued with her inspection, Clara was surprised, as she couldn't find any wounds on Leo's body except for him still being unconscious due to exhaustion. She continued inspecting his body until she sensed with her spiritual sense the surrounding fire and light mana being passively absorbed by his body.
Spiritual sense is an ability mages and mage warriors unlocked when they reached the green mana core stage, and its coverage range and strength increased with the increase in the mana core stage. Clara, as a Magenta Core mage, clearly possesses this ability.
She ransacked her brain looking for an explanation to explain the phenomenon, as Leo didn't possess the affinity for the light element, as he was once again tested using the Affinity Orb when he was eight years old, which was the optimum age children start their mana core refinement journey. Unable to arrive at any reasonable conclusion, she later attributed the phenomenon to Leo's unknown constitution.
After making sure there wasn't anything wrong with Leo's body, Clara entered the room to meet Rose, who was anxiously waiting outside the room.
"How is he? Will he be okay?" asked the nervous Rose.
"Relax; I've treated him. He is fully healed and should be awake by tomorrow's morning." Responded to Clara as she tried to calm her down. She didn't tell her about the odd occurrence.
Rose finally breathed out in relief.
"You are becoming more beautiful each time I see you. I am sure you will be getting a lot of suitors in the academy," complimented Clara, trying to cheer Rose up.
Rose's face suddenly became flushed with blood as she blushed before it suddenly became gloomy.
"It was this beauty that brought about today's event," said Rose depressingly.
"Don't bother about it; I've told you Leo will be okay, and as you said, it was Leo himself that insisted on fighting, and good job for killing the instigator and Leo's attacker," praised Clara while giving a thumbs up to her.
"Thank you," replied Rose.
"You can go back and rest; you've been through a lot today."
"I will wait till Leo regains consciousness," insisted Rose.
You should go back to the main mansion, as I'm sure your mother will be worried, as she should have heard about today's incident."
Rose no longer insisted on waiting. "I will come and check on him tomorrow then," bowed Rose before moving out of the mansion.
A few minutes after Rose exited the mansion, Anise came to tell Clara that she had prepared the bath.

In the center of the Crimson Estate stood a large, luxurious building with an air of ancientness. This building is the family hall of the Crimson family. At the various parts of the building, both inside and outside, stood different guards, with the weakest of them possessing the Blue Core.
Inside the building, a middle-aged man was sitting on the throne meant for the patriarch. This man was Augustus Crimson, the current patriarch of the family.
Suddenly, a man in a butler's suit ran into the hall. The man was a Magenta core mage. This shows how powerful the Crimson family was, as a Magenta core mage can serve as the clan leader, patriarch, and grand elder of the other powers in the city.
"Sir, young master Leo was brought unconscious into the estate today."
The temperature of the hall suddenly increased for a few seconds before it returned to the normal temperature.
"Is it not well known throughout the family that the patriarch does not care about young Master Leo, or is it my misconception that the temperature suddenly increased?" Inwardly thought the butler.
"Oh? And what happened?" Asked Augustus with an expressionless look on his face.
The butler observed the expressionless look on the man in front of him and continued with his report.
Young master Leo and young lady Rose went to the Redrush city and were attacked by the profligate young master of the Frost family with his underlings.
"You meant the one they called Adamson, Harrison's adoptive son?"
'Yes, patriarch."
"Ok, you can go!" Commanded Augustus upon hearing the full report.
The butler wanted to ask for the next course of action, but on seeing Augustus indifferently focused on him, he bowed before he proceeded to exit the hall.
"Maybe the patriarch really doesn't care about young master Leo," concluded the butler.
As the butler exited the hall, Augustus took out his communication jade and contacted Grand Elder Skyfire, one of the three grand elders of the family. He was Rose's maternal grandfather.
