The sun was shining bright and strong, casting its scorching rays down on the students of Sakura High School. They were making their way towards the school premises, chatting animatedly with their friends or walking alone, lost in their own world with headphones on. Laughter filled the air as classmates reunited and made their way towards the school gate.
Amidst the hustle and bustle, a distinct sound cut through the noise - the unmistakable roar of an expensive car engine. Heads turned as curious eyes followed the source of the sound. All eyes fell upon a sleek black sports car gracefully driving through the school gate. The mere sound of the engine was a telltale sign of its luxury and the wealth it represented.
The students of Sakura High School were no strangers to extravagant displays of wealth, as the school was known for being attended by famous and affluent families. However, even for them, witnessing a car of such luxury was enough to ignite a twinge of jealousy and admiration. The sight left many in awe, secretly yearning for a taste of such grandeur in their own lives.
As the car disappeared from sight and the students went back to their conversations, a palpable feeling of aspiration lingered.
Kai continued driving his sleek sports car towards the school gate and brought it to a stop. With a smile on his face, he slowly lowered the window, causing the guard, Mr. Zhou, to jump in surprise, his eyes and mouth wide open.
As soon as Mr. Zhou regained his composure, he exclaimed, "I thought it was some spoiled rich kid driving this luxurious ride, but it's you, Kai!"
Kai chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "Well, sorry to disappoint you, Mr. Zhou."
Mr. Zhou shook his head and laughed. "Hahaha! What can I say? The gloomy guy from yesterday is now lively and driving a fancy car just to go to school. Are you showing off?"
Kai let out a whistle. "Nah, it's just more convenient to have my own wheels. Thanks to this car, I can get things done early in the morning. Back in the day, I would've been late and snoozing in class."
"Hahaha! You're right. It's still 7 a.m., and you still have 30 minutes. Are you really the same Kai we know? And who's that pretty lady sitting beside you? Damn, the kids these days!" Mr. Zhou exclaimed, teasingly.
Kai exchanged a smile with Reika. After some pleasantries, Kai finally asked, "Mr. Zhou, I don't have a gate pass for my car... Could you, you know, let me pass this time?"
Mr. Zhou chuckled. "Oh, don't worry about that. Yin Shan is in charge of the parking lot now, so you can park without a problem. If I don't let you pass, Mr. Rick will have my head..." He leaned in closer and whispered, "That guy's like an overprotective father, you know?"
Kai shook his head in amusement. "Alright, thanks, Mr. Zhou! We'll head in now."
The guard casually waved his hand as Kai drove away in his sleek black Lamborghini. Three students standing by the gate caught a glimpse of Kai's face as he passed by.
"Hey, boss! Wasn't that the gloomy guy from our class?" one of them remarked.
"Who? We have a gloomy guy in our class? He actually looked quite handsome. I don't see any gloom on his face," the other student delinquent questioned.
The first guy tilted his head, racking his brain to confirm his suspicion. "I'm pretty sure it was him. We can just ask him later."
"Is it really him? I thought he was broke. That's why we never paid attention to him. If we had known he was rich, we could have asked him for some cash, hehehe," the second guy chuckled.
"Hahaha! It's not too late, we can still hit him up for some money. But, if I remember correctly, that guy said his family's business is a bakery. Seriously, how can a bakery afford such a fancy sports car? Is he lying to us to hide his identity?" wondered the first guy.
"Damn it! Don't ask me about complicated stuff!" the second guy exclaimed.
The young man standing in front of them finally spoke up, "Enough chatter. Let's get going."
"Wait up, boss! Don't you want to have some fun with that guy?" the first guy inquired.
"Don't worry. Once we finish our task for that person, we'll have plenty of free time," the boss assured them.
"What? We're not going to attend classes anymore?" the second guy questioned.
"Why? Do you actually want to go to school?" the boss responded with a sly grin.
"No way, boss! I was just making conversation. Of course, I don't want to go," the second guy quickly replied.
"Then let's go," the boss said, leading the way.

As Kai and Reika drove into the parking lot of Sakura High School, they couldn't help but be amazed at the sight before them. The lot was filled with luxurious cars of different makes and models, resembling a high-end car show. Rolls Royces, BMWs, Maseratis, you name it, they were all there, shining under the sun like precious gems.
However, their excitement quickly faded when they noticed the guard's house stationed at the entrance. It seemed that the guard had spotted Kai's car, which didn't have a car pass displayed on the windshield. The guard hurriedly ran towards the black Lamborghini, knocking on the window to get Kai's attention.
Kai lowered the window and greeted the guard. The guard's eyes widened in surprise when he saw that it was Kai. "Oh, it's you, Kai! I didn't recognize you for a moment there. Hang on, let me sort this out. Mr. Zhou has already called me and told me about your parking pass." The guard, whose name was Yin Shan, quickly disappeared into the guard's house.
Moments later, Yin Shan returned with a form for Kai to fill out in order to obtain a gate pass. Kai quickly jotted down his details and handed the form back to Yin Shan. "Thanks for your help. How long will it take for the gate pass to be ready?"
Yin Shan smiled and said, "It usually takes about 3 to 4 days for the gate pass to be created, but in the meantime, I'll give you a temporary pass to use. Don't worry, you'll be able to park your car without any issues."
Kai felt relieved and thanked Yin Shan for his assistance. Finally, he could park his beloved car and head to the school grounds. He opened the door for Reika and helped her out of the car, grabbing their bags as she held onto the lunchbox. With their belongings in tow, they walked towards the school, thanking Yin Shan once again for his help along the way.
As Kai and Reika strolled down the corridor, they couldn't help but notice the gaze of their fellow students. It was like they were celebrities walking down the red carpet. Some girls had dreamy eyes fixated on Kai's charming face, while the guys shot him death glares, clearly jealous that he had snagged Reika as his girlfriend.
"Hey! Isn't that the upperclassmen's little fairy?"
"No way! Is that her boyfriend?"
"Damn it! My little fairy got away!"
"Who's your little fairy? You never had a chance, man."
"Did the sun rise from the west today?"
The guys were seething with anger, their teeth gritting, blaming Kai for stealing their little fairy. They all believed Reika didn't have a boyfriend because her ex was too much of a coward to tell everyone as he was scared to face the wrath of the male students. Only Reika's friend and some upperclassmen knew the truth.
But when they caught sight of Kai's face, their faces flushed with embarrassment and bitterness.
"Hey! Who's that insanely handsome guy?" a girl asked.
"I have no idea. I've never seen someone that good-looking before. He'd be famous if we knew him earlier, don't you think?"
"You're totally right. Must be a transfer student, huh?"
"Kyaa~ He looked at me! I suddenly got wet!" exclaimed another girl.
"Wow, already horny in the morning?" her friend exclaimed.
"Huh? Does being horny have a particular time frame?"
"What the hell are you talking about?"
"I mean, is it wrong to be horny in the morning?"
"That's not the point!"
"Then what is?"
The girl accompanying her just stared, speechless, before finally walking away without saying a word, fully ignoring the horny girl.
"Hey! Why are you ignoring me?" she called after her.
Kai and Reika couldn't contain their laughter, their joy filling the corridor. The atmosphere transformed, as if the school corridor had suddenly turned into a garden blooming with flowers and emanating a sweet aroma. Their laughter seemed to transport them to a different realm, a realm that others could only dream of.
