The loud screams were being established in Flower's room.
'Ah!' She rooped.
Determinedly flinging the duvet away from her body and scurrying out of bed with endless dread overpowering her. She hastily ran towards the corner of the room as though she had caught sight of a ghost or had a petrifying nightmare. Flower trembled fearfully, casting her glance and peeping towards the bed occasionally.
She snorted.
No too long after the horrifying scream. Flower instantly heard clanking of keys coming from behind the door. Then shortly after that, Horatio swiftly came in with a pistol, fearing what he might encounter in the room that caused Flower to scream so loudly—huge thugs trying to take advantage of her—giant serpentine creature which might have escaped from the nearby pond with the hopes of devouring her flesh—or even thieves and kidnappers.
However to Horatio's surprise, after distributing a satisfying and thorough glance around the place, he couldn't find anything he had imagined to find in the room beforehand.
Horatio became a little bit confused. "Young Lady what…" noticing someone's present in the room, Horatio halted his sentence in midway and looked towards the door entrance.
Shortly after Horatio's arrival, Anthony came by like the wind. Also tensed up and ready to face anything that occured, head on! Unlike Horatio he didn't hold any weapon, it seems he was more confident in his skills than any sort of weapons.
Immediately after Anthony's arrival, Regina the slowpoke also arrived too. She was also unexplainably shocked and a little scared that something terrible might have transpired that caused such intense screaming to have been created.
"What's going on here?!" Anthony spoke first with a frown on his youthful face. Turning towards Horatio who he met there and who was the first person to arrive at the room.
"Y-young Master, I also don't know. I was also about to ask Young Lady the same thing the moment you came in to the room," Horatio said.
Then, Anthony glanced down at Horatio's hand, then he saw that Horatio was holding his pistol. Thus, Anthony reasoned that since he was clenching a pistol tightly, this meant that Horatio was also bewildered by the sounds of screaming and brought out his gun on impulse so as to find out about the dangers ahead. Meaning, Horatio was overly clueless about everything just like himself.
"Search around!" Anthony commanded.
Ignoring Horatio, Anthony hastily advanced forth Flower with a serious frown still coalescing his facial expression. He glanced at Flower whose body was vibrating with fear as she bent down in fear towards a corner of the room.
Anthony bent slightly to her height. He placed both his hands on her shoulders, supporting Flower's body upwards. After Flower regained her balance, Anthony withdrew his hands and stared at her intensely.
"Flower? What happened?" He questioned. "What caused you to scream so loudly? Tell me and I'll make sure that whatever caused you to scream would lie in a coffin."
Flower panted simultaneously. Her body were still trembling as she managed to form some unclear words for curious Anthony.
"A-a creature. It… tried to attack me while I was sleeping," she guaranteed. "Oh heavens! It pounced on my face and crawled on it. Please check, it's still on the bed," she shivered tenderly like a day old chicks.
Anthony raised an eyebrow, then afterwards, he furrowed them. "A creature?" He perpetuate Flower's first words. "How dare a doomed to death creature try to get my woman's attention like so, only I, has the right to do whatever I want to my properties!" He stated. Although his words sounded humorous, still yet one could smell earnestness from it and no one dared to laugh at it.
Turning towards Horatio and Regina. "Search her bed and blankets," Anthony ordered them. Fixating his gaze back towards Flower. "What sort of creature was it? I'm guessing it was a reptile. And since we haven't caught any sight of it yet, so it must be a miniature reptile. Perhaps a snake?"
"I… I'm not sure, I didn't see it clearly. All I could witness was that it was crawling on my face the moment I opened my eyes. I didn't check it twice," Flower uttered waveringly, still in the shallow depths of dread.
"Hmmm…" this was the only thing that could be heard from Anthony. He began thinking about something best known to him. Then he spoke in a way which looked to be his own caring personality;
"I hope it didn't hurt you in anyway? Are you feeling alright? Or do you need some water?"
"No, it didn't. I'm fine."
Either ways, Anthony still adamantly went to the other side of the table. He poured some fresh waters from the jug that was present on the table and into a glass. Then lovingly, he brought it towards his woman and offered her some water.
Flower accepted the water, she was out of breaths already. Therefore, this water was exactly what she needed to calm herself down.
She consumed the water in whole, with Anthony holding the cup for her.
When unexpectedly, Horatio's voice resounded from behind both of them. It startled Flower a bit, but it didn't seem to have startled good old fearless Anthony the great. Horatio's voice startled Flower partly because she was already startled before, so her body was still retaliating with the earlier shock and hadn't recovered from it yet.
"Young Master," Horatio said. "We found this."
Horatio indicated, firmly holding the tiny tail of a four-legged creature. Aiming its body upsidedown, causing it to strive and wiggled itself in hopes of clasping redemption.
Flower, Anthony and Regina stared at the creature which possessed a tiny figure.
"A lizard?!" Flower exclaimed.
'Goodness gracious, I can't believe I just screamed that loud just because of a tiny lizard. Oh gosh! What an abash!' She thought.
Flower outrightly became overridden with humiliation and confound. She lowered her head down in shame, her face became flushed. She hated herself for overreacting like so. Then Flower facepalmed herself.
Flower hated herself even more when she heard Anthony tittered humorously.
'Must I always give him chances to make fun of me like that? I need to start composing myself or he might begin to think of me as a clown,' Flower decided in her head.
Then Anthony walked away from Flower towards the tiny four-legged creature which was held up by Horatio's two fingers like a piece of poop.
Anthony smirked, he received the tiny four-legged creature from Horatio's grasp. Holding it with two fingers just like Horatio had done earlier whilst holding it.
He grunted, then a chortle followed after. "You cute little thing," Anthony communicated with the creature.
