After reaching a new floor, Dante and Alexis begin to explore the floor a bit.
- It seems that the monsters are much more diverse on this floor, as in addition to beasts and goblins, orcs have begun to appear. (Alexis)

After Dante finished his sentence, he ran towards the boss and started attacking it. It didn't last long and Dante was on the verge of dying, speaking with his last powers...
- Hey, keep it here until I come back from the city. I won't leave this matter unfinished. I'll come to revenge. (Dante)
- Oh, he died. So now I have to keep at bay a Field Boss alone? Is he serious? (Alexis)
After a couple of minutes, with Alexis having less than 30% HP left, mostly just running around and dodging the Orc's attacks, sees Dante.
- Good job hanging in here. I thought you died as well. (Dante)
- No shit, dickhead. You and your stupid ideas fighting a Field Boss when we are way behind in level. (Alexis)
- Come on, don't be mad. We can do it now. (Dante)
But, after 15 more minutes, with the Boss having more than half of his HP left, Dante and Alexis died both, Dante being disconnected from the game dying twice in less than an hour.
Alexis respawned in the city, being a little mad and talking to himself:
"And I've told to that idiot to not fight that Field Boss... Why did I listen to him? At least now he can't reconnect for 24 hours."
After a couple of minutes, he gets a message from Leon.
- Hey, how's going? Wanna meet and go beat some monsters? I'm on the 3rd floor. (Leon)
- Sure, I just got here as well. I'm in the city currently, let's meet at the western gate. (Alexis)
And they were going to the western gate to meet each other...
- Hello there. I see you're keeping up with me at the level. (Leon)
- Well, if I hadn't died just a moment ago, I would've been close to level 39. (Alexis)
- Huh? You died? How come? (Leon)
- I just came from the 2nd floor with a guy I befriended. We just met a Field Boss while we were wandering around and that idiot insisted on fighting it and we died... Actually, he died twice. (Alexis)
- I'm surprised that you found such a friend.
Leon said with a smirk on his face.
- Anyway, I've talked with Apollo. Seems that he was with Zekker and his party doing some dungeons. (Leon)
- He got quite friendly with him. Maybe he thought about his proposal of joining their guild later on. (Alexis)
- Well, I don't wanna be tied to a guild. I am enjoying playing alone and having fun with random guys. I just found an interesting guy on the 2nd floor, fighting with a spear, just like me. (Leon)
- Is he better than you? Shall I call him to play with me instead of you? (Alexis)
Said Alexis jokingly.
- We haven't fought to know which one of us is better, but I'm sure I have no opponent when it comes to spears. (Leon)
- Okay, okay, mister "I am the best". Let's go kill some orcs. (Alexis)
As they continued to joke around while going to find a good spot to farm, they saw a girl fighting alone with two orcs and having some problems dealing with them. They didn't even think about it and jumped in to help her.
- Oh? Do you have a new weapon? You look just like those samurais from Japanese movies. (Leon)
- That blacksmith on the 1st floor showed it to me when I went to get my armour and it looked interesting so I gave it a shot and I like it. (Alexis)
- Hey! Who told you to step in? I had everything under control. (Crystal)
Said the girl while looking a bit upset.
- Sorry then, but you seemed to be in trouble. (Leon)
- No need to play hard to get. We thought it would be best for you. (Alexis)
The girl was still upset while looking at the two boys joking around after killing those two orcs without much sweat. Then she approached them and asked:
- Listen, can I team up with you guys? These orcs seem much stronger than the goblins on the previous floor. (Crystal)
- What do you think, Alexis? (Leon)
- Well, she just said a minute ago that she had everything under control. And she didn't even tell us her name... (Alexis)
- Sorry. My name is Crystal. And thanks for earlier. I just don't like being helped just because I am a girl. Girls can be strong too, but most of the guys just try to help me just to approach me because I'm a girl. (Crystal)
- It's your lucky day then. I don't believe this stone face likes girls anyway. (Leon)
- Don't point at me. It's not like I don't like girls or anything. (Alexis)
- I'm just joking. Anyway, was it Crystal? It's not that bad to want to play alone. I am doing the same most of the time. (Leon)
- Don't teach her your bullshit. Just ignore him. You might think you can do anything just because you are in a game, but if you want to play it seriously, you will need some teammates at some point. (Alexis)
- Yeah, I know. But it's hard to find someone trustworthy. (Crystal)
- There will be a time when you'll find some people you can trust. When that happens and they might invite you to a guild or anything, don't refuse. (Alexis)
- Just said the guy who doesn't want to join a guild. (Leon)
- This isn't about me. Anyway, let's go hunt some orcs. (Alexis)
Then the boys formed a party with the girl they just met and went to hunt. Hours flew by until they got tired and decided to take a break. The next day, they meet again to go hunting, but after they just meet at the gate of the city, Alexis gets a message from Dante to meet, so he invites him as well.
- What are we waiting for? (Leon)
- The guy I mentioned yesterday just sent me a message so I invited him as well. We can try to find and clear a dungeon if there are more people. (Alexis)
As they chatted, Dante made his appearance.
- Hello. Do you remember where that shit Orc was? I want a rematch... And who are they? (Dante)
- Hey. Just stop it already... Do you want to die again? (Alexis)
- Hello. I am Leon, his friend. I've heard about you, mad dog. (Leon)
- Who are you calling a mad dog? Wanna fight? (Dante)
- Here we go again... (Alexis)

- Just a girl we met yesterday. Her name is Crystal. (Alexis)
- I see. Then I hope she won't get in my way, or I'll just kill her along with the monsters. (Dante)
- Stop being an idiot and let's go. She is quite skilled. You will be surprised. (Alexis)
After more chatting along the way, they started hunting, doing some missions, and even clearing some C-grade dungeons. Days flew by, until the moment a new global message appeared...
~Congratulations. Thanks to a brave group of players, Orc Chief Kvurl, the Boss of the 3rd Floor has been killed.
Their achievement will be recorded in the Hall of Fame.
From now on, players can advance to the 4th Floor through the staircase of the 3rd Floor Boss Dungeon.~
- Fuck! I told you to join the raid. We missed some good lots once again... And even Apollo was part of this raid. (Leon)
said Leon a little angry.
- It doesn't matter. We got lucky that some parties were going to the Floor Boss and left some field dungeons free for us to clear. (Alexis)
- I'm gonna send a message to Apollo to ask about the loot and to ask him if he wants to meet with us on the next floor. (Leon)

Then, the girl left the party and the boys were going to the next floor to meet with Apollo who was waiting for them there.
